+ -1 moreDerek was prompt, quick and courteous. He offered to make the repair only, but given the age of my garage door opener, I suggested replacing the whole unit instead. He was not pushy and he gave no run around. He completed all of the work on the same day. He removed and replaced the whole unit in about 1.5 hours. He cleaned up after the work was completed.
Description of Work: Called Garage Door Guy to see if my garage door opener could be repaired and ended up having the garage door opener replaced.
