Description of Work: They arrived on time and got right to work installing my new sink I bought from Lowe's. Somehow after they left and I started using the faucet it starting leaking. I called Lowe's and they sent someone from Susan's business again and replaced a hose right away.

 + -1 moreThe team of two installers arrived a few minutes early. The entire job was done in about 45 minutes. This was a routine water heater replacement and did not require any special modifications. We requested the shut-off valve to be added for our convenience and that added $23 to the cost (included in the total cost shown above).
Description of Work: Picked up a new 40-gallon gas water heater at Sears, delivered and installed it. Hauled away the old 50-gallon heater. Installed a shut-off valve on water line leaving the water heater.
