He arrived at the appointed time. Chris measured all the windows and gave his estimate. He went over his product and explain thoroughly. He did tell us how many weeks after he ordered the windows he would be able to install. That was not a concern and agreed he would call around the beginning of June with the date of installation. He did as promised and scheduled the installation. It took only day and half and his crew was excellent. The areas were spotless after they were finished.

Chris Deane, Owner, completed the job two weeks early. Competetive pricing was $3600 less than Champion and $1200 less than Window World. No excruciating pre-sale presentation. Chris simply measured existing windows and gave me simple product information and proposed timeline. Installed Alside 6000 series windows. Great quality. Insulation was immediately noticable. Chris installed a custom window in the living room that other companies tried to talk me out of doing - and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. Many compliments have been received by neighbors. Job was completed in two days by Chris and two assistants. Everyone was courteous, clean, professional, and ON TIME. No "problems" were discovered during installation, old windows were hauled away, and jobsite was immaculate upon completion. VERY satisfied customer. Will hire again to replace basement windows.
