Mr. Hoffman responded quickly to my call to come out and give an estimate. He got back to us within just a couple of days with an estimate and a reasonable time frame. He also agreed to work with the company who was ordering the spiral staircase to be sure the requirements were met and the pad was the right size and placed in the right location All was done in one afternoon. It was a small job, that many concrete companies most probably would not have entertained doing, so I was very appreciative that Mark Hoffman took the job. I would definitely recommend this company for any concrete project.

We had some part of our driveway repaired by Hoffmann Concrete ,LLC. To my surprise , new concrete was a different color that the original. Called Mark and he mentioned it is impossible to have OLD and NEW concrete looking exactly the same. Couldn't you use a different mix of materials to have at least a color close to the old concrete? Please see the picture attached and judge it yourself. We emailed him a couple of times. He said he was finding a possible solution. Last email he mentioned he didn’t find any solution and was not willing to do anything. Very unprofessional. He didn’t want to acknowledge the mistake. We will have to hire another company to solve this issue. They should have been able to get close to the original color. Clearly there was color added to the original, and nothing was added to the new.

Completely satisfied, Mark Hoffman was very attentive to correcting a couple of small issues. They did a nice job for a fair price. I would certainly use them again.

They did an excellent job during the entire process. The estimator showed up at he appointed time and provided a written quote within 24 hours. The team showed up the day and time they we scheduled. They got right to work removed the old floor and prepared the area for the new one. They came in poured the new floor and cleaned very well. They were always timely and professional, The job was a fair price and because of their professionalism I am pleased that we used Hoffman Concrete.

Hoffman Concrete tore out the old porch and braced the overhang. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. Great company!

The work was completed during adverse weather conditions (Dec/Jan with low temperatures) and in a tight urban environment (city lot with narrow back alley) with not much space for temporary material storage, equipment delivery of materials trucks. Once weather conditions permitted all went quickly and smooth. Mark was available for any questions and he always kept his word. Workers were efficient and when complete the week site was clean. Great job!

It was a great experience from start to finish

Impressive how quickly we went from scheduled start date to completed project. The weather fought us a bit but the process was smooth and satisfying. The team worked quickly and I felt I was always well informed on the status of the project.

Things went very well. I was anxious to get the job done because winter is coming. They were very responsive, came out immediately, knew what they were doing, and got the job done. I was very, very pleased with their work. They were very friendly and professional. They really helped me get over my worries about the weather. Would highly recommend them.

Frome start to finish of the project all work was completed to my satisfaction. Chris and Austin were here on the day and time scheduled to start the project and back a second day to put forms up and gravel down before pouring concrete. Mark and a full crew were here on Saturday morning to pour and finish the sidewalk. The following week Mark sent a crew out to perform the work on the driveway and I was really concerned how it was going to look but after the work was completed on the same day the driveway looks great and is now water tight at all joints. They colored yhe caulk as close as they could to the color of the driveway and then put sand on the caulked joints to make it blend in well with the older concrete. I have nothing but good to say about Mark and all of his crew for a job well done. I will recommend Hoffman Concrete to all my friends and will hire again if I need any work they provide.

When we bought our house the driveway already had cracks and some DIY patch jobs that looked unsightly. After a few years and a few bad winters it got even worse. Additionally, we only had a single pad driveway leading to a single car garage. Due to property lines and landscaping it wasn't practical to build a double car garage but we wanted a double car driveway. On the recommendations of a few neighbors we contacted Hoffman Concrete. They were very professional, did exactly what I asked for, and did not try and up-sell me on anything I didn't need or want. While the original driveway was straight with no curves there was a steep slope and Hoffman was able to excavate and pour in such a way as to get the new driveway a lot more level. During the day they were going to start the job I made a few revisions to the sidewalk having it go through a flowerbed and added a stair. Hoffman was able to accommodate the revisions and everything was done exactly to my expectations. I have a backyard patio that I would like to replace in a year or so and will definitely call them when I am ready to have that done. I will say that they did start the demolition work at 7am and thus I am sure I have a few sore neighbors. To Hoffman's credit they did contact me and let me know when they would be arriving a day in advance. I didn't think that the jackhammering/heavy equipment would start at that time but that maybe they would do some surveying or planning... I assumed incorrectly. Of course, it is totally my issue but something that others that live in the city or burbs should be aware and should plan and schedule with Hoffman accordingly. The good news is that they were finished with the demo very quickly!

We bought a new house and had water issues. Mark and his crew came out and we came up with a plan. The job went awesome and water problems are solved. Patio and sidewalk turned out awesome

They came when they told me they would. Were always punctual. Explained what they were doing and answered any questions. They power washed the finished product and sealed it also. Everything was left clean and tidy. They even filled in dirt around the edges. I was very happy with the finished product. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great. Delays due to a rainy season.

This project went really well. Mark and his team were responsive, prompt, and completed the project as promised. The driveway and sidewalk look wonderful. The clean up was well done also. I could not be more pleased.

Very poor workmanship which owner acknowledged and I have in writing, said he would replace but then his lies started and blames me for the problems. Cost me $2,000 plus filed with BBB that was a joke he lied again so in long run I take him to court but it would cost more than the ****** job he did.

We had a large, multi-colored slate patio in our backyard accompanied with a concrete sidewalk. In the last few years, the slate had been breaking apart and the sidewalk had been uprooted in sections. So we looked for a company who could remove the existing patio and sidewalk, and replace them with high-quality, stamped concrete. That's how we came upon Hoffman - several of our family members had used them in the past and the owner assured me that he could accomplish our task. The Hoffman crew was professional each and every time they came to our house. They did an amazing job pouring and stamping our new backyard patio and sidewalk. The color and quality of the concrete is impeccable and we've already received numerous compliments from neighbors, friends and family on our end product. The only item that Hoffman Concrete could improve is their response time to phone calls and texts regarding contracts, start dates and product availability. Besides that, we were extremely happy with their products and services. We will definitely plan to use Hoffman again in the next few years to pour a new front porch.

We sold our home and part of the deal was for us to replace the driveway before closing in less than 4 weeks. Had a bid from Hoffman earlier in year, called Mark and he got it done for us. Good work, dependable, honest. Price was fair. What more do you want in any contractor.
