Weather prohibited project from starting near anticipated date, but once started, work went well. Very professional and kept work area clean. Very pleased with outcome.

Mark and his team were both professional and the project was completed in a timely manner.

Initial meeting for bid was perfectly fine. We are still deciding on wether to move forward with the project.

INSIST on preconstruction walk and consultation. Estimator sent was innaccurate, took no notes, missed key elements. Finished product did not fulfill my original concept. A preconstruction consultation might have offset the mis-communication and inaccuracy of the proposal, or allowed additional time to reconcile discrepancies. INSIST on preconstruction consultation.

Worked with Mark many times over the past couple of years. He’s my guy for concrete at our St. Louis site. Always on time and even had a couple pours that were time sensitive and he and his team came through. Very professional and they get it done.

The team was punctual, they work very hard and very well together as a team, they were very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. We obtained several estimates for this project and this was by far the best estimate we received. The finished product is beautiful and I would not hesitate to hire this business again .

There was a problem with a form blowing out during pouring, causing the porch to be off square. Mark gave us many options in an effort to fix it to our satisfaction. He hired a brick layer at no additional cost to lay brick around the entire porch, masking the imperfection. We were very happy with the finished product, and appreciated the way Hoffman stood by their work. We highly recommend them.

I'm not fond of writing reviews. They take time, I don't know if they're read by many, and I assume other people question how legitimate the reviewer is(is s/he a relative of the company being reviewed). I decided to write one this time with the hope that someone takes the time to read it and believe I don't know any of the people who did the work on my driveway. All I can do is vouch for them. Hoffman Concrete gets the highest rating I can give a company because it's deserving. They did what I asked them to do. They did what they said they would do. They did it well, quickly, professionally, and they did one heck of a job. When too many companies just want the money, it seems Hoffman Concrete wants the reputation (they didn't mind getting paid, I'm sure!). This is a first class outfit with respectful and competent employees. I would hire them again in a minute though they did such a good job I would only need them when/if I move. But I recommend them to you. They are everything they promised. Great job, guys! And....thank you.

Went great. All people involved were great to work with and actually plan for them to do additional work on my property

They did a great job! Due to the recent rains, they were available for our small indoor project of filling in the rock atrium under our stairs. I called for an estimate on Wednesday, the prep work (removing the atrium rocks) was done Thursday, and the job was completed Friday. The work crew was on time each morning, hardworking and very professional. All the cement and rocks had to be hauled with wheelbarrows through our hilly backyard. Because this was an indoor job, they took time to cover the floor, nearby furniture, windows and wall with plastic. They swept and wiped down the floor when finished. Even though we'll be covering the slab with tile, they took great care with finishing the concrete. Mark and all the guys who worked on the project were super nice and a pleasure to work with. Very happy with the results!

Mark and his group are very professional and considerate to the residents when tearing up the old concrete and replacing the concrete slabs. Mark is very good notifying the residents if the tear up will affect them getting into their driveways and clean up and repairs to their lots, if necessary, is always taken care of at the end of the project.

I had my sidewalk and front porch redone with the porch extending 20'. Everything went very well and I am very pleased with the work. I received the bid shortly after requesting it and all of my questions were answered in a timely matter. When the work began, it was professionally and efficiently done. There was an issue with a hose spigot and basement vent, but Mark came up with a quick solution, without wasting any time. I would highly recommend Hoffman Concrete for any job, large or small.

Great. The team at Hoffman concrete were great. I needed the job done in a short amount of time. Not only was their price better than anyone else who bid, their workmanship was great, and they were easy to deal with.

Mark was very prompt, professional and delivered as agreed to within the agreed upon schedule. Most of the transaction was handled remotely because I was out of town. It went well. The crew at my house was very professional and answered any questions or concerns we had.

They were very responsive to my request for a quote, and spent several sessions walking the neighborhood to identify problem slabs. The work they did was very professional and the workmen were courteous. We just happened to have tree work going on the day and they were very accommodating to make it all go smoothly for everyone. The final results wer very good (can never exactly match aggregate) and they even did some backfill with topsoil where they had to dig out for forms and such. We had one resident upset about a small patch and Mark didn’t hesitate to send someone the next day to rework it. I liked that Mark was on site working with the crew and could make that call himself. Only issue was that it took them about 6 months to get to it (only reason for the ‘B’ in punctuality), though to be fair, it wasn’t a time critical project.

They did an incredible job. The new concrete makes the house look 30 years newer!
