Excellent, very excited on the outcome. They did a very professional job, tear out and cleanup.

The scope of the work exceeded what was bid because of unusual issues removing the existing concrete floor. Despite the extra labor involved, Hoffman honored the price that they bid, which we greatly appreciated. The project also started soon after finalizing the contract.

This company is amazing! Mark stayed in contact with me through the whole process. His employees Anthony and Mark were very friendly, knowledgeable and did amazing work. I couldnt have had a better company to do the job! Thank you so much for your hard work!

Scheduling and communication were great. A weather related problem with the concrete was rectified by a subsequent pour. Steve kept in contact with us until weather permitted the pouring of porches and walkways. They came out great. We appreciate Hoffman Concrete standing behind their work and working with us until we were absolutely satisfied... It was a pleasure working with Steve Boyer and his crew. They were polite, punctual and professional.

Mark and his crew did exceptional work. After the pour there where few issues with concrete and stamp. Mark stood by his workmanship and removed affected concrete. He re-poured and stamped beautiful patio. We are very happy and would highly recommend Hoffman concrete!

The service provided by Hoffman Concrete was above and beyond our expectations. We needed a new driveway, drainage system and carport support columns. The job was done on time and with great attention to detail. They really went above and beyond taking care of my fence, dirt wash out in my backyard and grass growing after the driveway was complete. It went very well. Mark and Nick were very easy to work with, very professional and communicated regularly. We were not sure what our problems were and what was needed. Nick came out and gave a full detail explanation of what he thought was needed. The pricing was reasonable. The work was professional done. We now just have to wait for lots of rain to know that the work done fixed our issues. I would highly recommend Hoffman Concrete and definitely use them again at the church or at home.

Mark and his team were excellent to work with. Hoffman Concrete saved the day when our first hired contractor turned out to be a complete disaster. Hoffman picked up where they left off and definitely showed us what quality work looks like. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our driveway turned out. All in all, we had 5 bids for this project. The first contractor we hired was the cheapest bid and he did the cheapest work. Hoffman bid fell in the middle, so I definitely feel like his prices are more than fair for the skilled work he provides. Mark has exceptional communication. He’s a great text-er, which I find incredibly convenient and desirable in a contractor. It’s so convenient, he sent us multiple pictures of the work in real time and kept us up to date on all details of the project. He was always punctual and worked diligently to complete our project in a timely manner.

Dealt directly with owner Mark Hoffman. He was prompt for the walk-thru & providing a bid for the work. Bid was actually lower than I anticipated - so a good surprise. second bid obtained was close to Mark's. His rating & reviews on both Angie's List & BBB were the convincing factors. Our job was inside, so Mark was able to move our job ahead of some other outside jobs due to the weather. Work was mostly completed over 3 days. Thru all, Mark kept me informed of start date, time he expected to be at the job, how long it would take, & when we could walk or drive on the new floor. Crew were very nice, courteous & professional. Mark's son worked as one of the crew & he couldn't have been better to deal with. Not only would I use them again, I would recommend them to friends.

We wanted to turn a basement room into a home gym, but needed it done fast before heavy equipment came. Mark was professional and responsive and got us on the schedule quick. His team was punctual, explained things well, and did an awesome job. We would have done the whole basemant if it weren’t for our little ones who will still be falling all the time:). But will definitely hire them in the future! Highly recommend!

It well VERY VERY well! After promising to re-do our sidewalk, Hoffman finished the work this week and it looks beautiful. Mark's conscientiousness, hard work, and "artistry" in matching the color from previous work were excellent. We are quite pleased!

Hoffman was consistently responsive and performed the work immediately. I had to have a tree removed before they could remove the old pad, but they came immediately after. They were responsive as soon as I told them it could be done, and they were also responsive and took action as soon as the new pad could be poured. They answered all of my questions and were totally professional. I highly recommend.

Showed on time. Was told it would take 3 or 4 days. It took less time. They cleaned up work area each night.

Contacted the company in the summer but they said it would be December before they could take the job due to high volume of work. However, an opening came up at the end of November and I was very pleased to be moved up. The crew was always there at least 20 minutes or more before the start of the job day, so no waiting on my part. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. The builder had not tied my previous floor’s rebar into the sills, and Mark made sure that this floor was correct. They canted the floor for correct runoff and scored it for cracking. I didn’t realize, however, until several days after I could walk on it that the floor must not have been leveled. I have a few minor dips and very shallow depressions, but nothing to worry about. Several years ago they did my driveway and everything was totally correct, so I think that in this cold weather things might have gotten a little rushed. I had my (incorrect) old steps taken out and new correct ones installed and they made sure to make the surface roughly broom swept so you don’t slip—a nice touch. Mark also noticed that by putting a lip at the end of the garage floor, and having the water from the eaves drip down and be directed by this lip to a certain spot, a corner by my porch where the new, small slab was to be would always be damp. So on his own he asked if he could put in a drain for me to direct the water under the new slab into my garden. How thoughtful was that? I read one reviewer who said he didn’t think his floor looked like it had been sealed. I too wondered this since when I went out the next day the concrete was the same color and matte finish as it was the day before. But I had an aha moment when I watched them seal the slab segment, which was done about 5 days later than the floor. It was sealed thoroughly and looked very wet, but when it dried it went right back to looking like regular unsealed concrete. So if you are expecting a shiny finish (which I guess I was), you won’t get it. But it IS sealed for all that. Mark has got to be one of the hardest-working, professional people I know. He was always stopping by the site to assess things, and if I had questions that I texted him, he answered promptly. You get a discount if you are a repeat customer, and I will certainly be one of those.

There were many weather delays and additional expenses (deck stairs to the patio needed replacing, the grass needed repair), but Mark was always prompt about explaining everything and working with us to get the job done to our satisfaction. The patio looks better than we anticipated and is of high quality. Everything was cleaned up, the lawn damage from the equipment was fixed (that is unavoidable; concrete is heavy) and we are totally pleased with the results.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Hoffman Concrete and I will use them again if I ever need to!
