+ 0 moreWe have hired Gary Northcutt many times over 20 years for minor home repairs as well as larger renovations. He has always been very honest, honoring his bids, letting us know if he was not equipped to do a certain job. The latest was a kitchen renovation and we were extremely pleased. He did all the work himself, which was great because I didn't have a lot of random people in my home while I wasn't there. He was always there when he said he would be. And if he couldn't be there he always let me know in advance, rather than just not showing up or just leaving. Not one part of the job had to be redone because it was done wrong or not to our liking. If there was any question on his part, he always contacted me so that it would be done right the first time around. Lastly, he always cleaned up at the end of the day, leaving it the way he found it.

Description of Work: Our 3 level deck was ruined in a hail storm and Gary removed it and put it all back together-It was a big job but it actually looked better after it was done than it looked the day it was first done. Gary had some great ideas and changed some things that made it look better. Gary has also fixed our air conditioner after 2 other companies had been here and could not get it done.
