Excellent! Mike was not only technically knowledgable, but he was also as concerned as I was about how everything looked when he was complete. He patiently walked me through the remote operation and asked if I had any additional programming requests. I had a couple and he added the customized buttons very quickly. Mike provides a 1 year warranty, which was another unexpected positive. I have guests to my home comment about the great sound and also the fact that not a single wire is in sight. I highly recommend Mike's services for any audio/visual setup need you have.

Mike was really helpful and tried as hard as he could, even coming back for a second try to fix the lack of synch between the TV and the home theater box. I am beginning to think it cannot be done. I will call him again to come out and see what is wrong. It works for the couple of hours after he has been out, but is problematic after that.

Mike returned my call immediately after I left a message. He was courteous & explained what needed to be done. He did the job in short notice, was very prompt, polite & neat. I would definitely use him again.

From our initial contact with Mike straight through to the completion of the install, Mike exceeded our expectations. While I'm more than comfortable with the installation of components and the setup and interaction of all that, i wanted to make sure the TV and sound bar mounting were done professionally, as well as the in-wall wiring. We also had an electrician scheduled for the same date/time (see my other reviews) to take the main outlet off of a wall switch and install a few new outlets as part of the TV installation. Mike worked seamlessly with the electrician as he prepared for the install, even in troubleshooting a few quirks of our room to supplement with the correct wall receptacles for wire management. He was able to plan out where everything needed to be placed on/in-wall so that outlets were available right were they were needed. I recall Mike saying on one of our phone conversations prior to the install that he always comes prepared with the appropriate selection of cables/accessories because you never know what challenge an install will present. Ours was one such situation. The LG sound bar we purchased doesn?t use a flat plug, and even with the install of a recessed outlet, would have stuck off the wall somewhat awkwardly. Mike had the tools/components available to make it work perfectly and look as seamless as we were hoping for. Mike mounted both the TV and sound bar and ran all of the cables in-wall. We purchased high quality, yet affordable cables (4 HDMI and 1 Optical TosLink audio) and have two HDMI inputs open for expansion. Mike helped us to select a slim-profile tilting mount that allows a little flexibility with the angle of view and also retains the picture frame look of the LG 55LM7600 TV we purchased. Everything looks and sounds great. Now we just need more time to enjoy them. We give Mike our highest recommendation, and will definitely call him again should we have any similar updates to work on.
