Shelly was prompt getting us a quote and indicated that she could get us on her schedule right away. She ended up having transportation issues didn't show up or call when originally scheduled. When she did get to us, at least a week later than planned, we didn't know she was coming. She and the man helping her were able to get the job done in a day and fixed a couple of issues that we noticed right away. They indicated that there was one spot that they would need to come back and fix for us. In addition, part of a leaf guard blew off in a storm two weeks after installation. They fixed the one issue, but we are still waiting for the leaf guard to be fixed; nearly two months later. As a side note, Shelly brought her daughter to work with her because school was out for the day. This ordinarily wouldn't bother me, but her daughter was persistent about wanting to come into my house to play with my kids. This made for an uncomfortable situation for me and my children who were trying to nap and enjoy a day at home. .

I'm out of town and just picked several gutter companies from the phone book. Of three companies called, Ben Hur was the only one to answer me, come out and make a bid. Very knowledgable about all aspects of what I needed and the problems I might face with my odd layout. Talked me out of the more expensive options I thought I needed and came in with a good price and good product. Never met anyone since I don't leave there full time.
