It was one of the best home improvement experiences. Dallas came out to our house, walked my wife and I through all of our options, and followed up with us throughout the process. The new roof looks great and was installed very quickly. The crew was friendly and cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they were even here. I would definitely recommend Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to anyone and will be using them for future projects.

Wildwood Roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof. We got three different bids and ultimately chose Wildwood as the best offer because of their transferable warranty, affordability, and responsiveness. Since this is our first home, we had lots of questions. Throughout the bidding process, Wildwood was knowledgeable and helpful as we made decisions about what we wanted in our new roof. On the day the roof was to be put on, Wildwood staff was punctual and efficient. The wrong underlayment material was delivered, but the Wildwood office corrected the problem immediately, and the roof was still completed in one day as promised. My mom warned me to be careful letting my young boys and our dog roam the yard after the roof was installed because there may be materials and nails, but we never found a single nail or bit of trash. We are very satisfied by the work Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors completed at our home, and we will definitely use them in the future as other exterior projects may arise.

From our initial phone call to the final review, our experience with Wildwood Roofing was excellent. During our initial meeting and roof review, their evaluation was right on and they set a realistic view of the entire process. They worked closely with our insurance company and maintained good communication during the project. The work crews showed up on time and worked per the schedule. The crews did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each work day. The final product looks fantastic and we are very pleased. We had a final meeting to review the job, complete the paper work and make the final payment. Wildwood Roofing was very professional throughout the entire process and the roof looks great. We used Certainteed Landmark Architectural shingles on our steep hip roof (33 squares).

Wildwood roofing were initially contacted for a minor repair of fascia that was blown by the wind. The gentleman that was sent to assess the damage arrived on time, and asked permission to examine the roof. He alerted us that the roof has hail damage and recommended contacting the insurance company for assessment. He arrived again and examined the roof with the insurance adjuster. He was courteous and did not try to sell us any services. After receiving several bids, we decided to go with Wildwood because of the quality material that they included in their bid (others asked for additional payment to include these upgrades). The roof was completed by the promised time, and the crew that arrived was hard working and cleaned the area after they were done. The remainder of the repairs took a bit more time than I anticipated. It took about 3 months for everything to be done. Some of the delay however was related to a custom size skylight that needed to be ordered. It might have helped if they communicated more about the time frame for each stage of the repairs. Overall, I am pleased with the work done. I should note that the crews that arrived to perform the different jobs were always courteous and cleaned after they were finished for the day. Moreover, I received a timely response from their office manager, Tracy, whenever I sent an email to inquire about something. I communicated several time with Mike, the owner, and he always was responsive and answered all my questions. Full payment was only made at the completion of the work. I was even surprised that Mike did not require a downpayment before the start of the work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

The work they completed was excellent. They were very professional, and handled everything including dealing with the insurance company from start to finish. The crew that completed the repairs were respectful of my property and cleaned up after the repairs were completed.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Wildwood Roofing. The quoting process went well and Dallas worked with us on determining how to better ventilate our home and garage. Install was smooth and the team did a great job with clean up. Very professional all around.

I cannot make enough positive comments! From the very first interaction with Tracy via on-line communciations, to meeting my estimator, Dallas, and the owner, Michael. This is a top-notch, local agency. I was most impressed with their neatness. My home and yard are high priorities for me and their cleanliness was very much appreciated. Michael was very helpful with all insurance and adjustor-related questions. Definitely a 'thumbs up' company!

It was terrific from beginning to end. They worked with my insurance company every step of the way. They would meet with the adjuster when needed and dealt first hand with them. It was a process which started in May and finished in July. Wildwood was thorough and so easy to work with. I would definitely use them again!

Their scheduler, Mike (I think he's one of the owners) called to set up the install. We set a date and he informed us what to expect. The materials would arrive the day before (which they did) and his crew would show up the following day at 7:00 AM. 6:55 AM his crew showed up and made sure our cars were out of the garage in case we needed to leave. 7:00 AM the ladders went up to the roof. By about 10:00 AM the roof was stripped of the old roofing and they started to replaced the weathered roof decking. They worked tirelessly installing the new decking, roof shingles, skylight, ridge vent and all the other materials that Dallas recommended. Dallas also stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. At 4:30 when the trailer full of debris left, the rest of the crew walked around with flashlights (and cellphone lights, mid Nov. the sun had set) to make sure everything was cleaned up. Two weeks later, Tracy from the office, called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the job. Extremely satisfied!

We were on vacation at the time of the repair. Our neighbor across the street said that it was completed in one day. We had an issue with rain pouring off a flashing and entirely missing the gutter. They sent someone promptly and the issue was resolved.

After speaking to multiple companies in the St Louis area I found those that I did talk to all used subcontractors to perform the work. My concern at that point was finding a company that would stand behind the contractors they use. Just like any large project there were issues, but with each issue Dallas (Wildwood Project Estimator) was there to flatten the problem. I held off writing a review until all the work was completed and Wildwood delivered all that was promised. I'm sure there's more to Wildwood than Dallas but if you're looking for exterior work ask for Dallas.. he does an excellent job representing Wildwood.

We were very pleased with the product, the service, and their expertise. They made the entire process very comfortable for us, and did a wonderful job. My husband and I were both very pleased. Their follow up was also much to our satisfaction. We were glad we put our trust in Mike, and would definitely recommend their services.

We had several bids for our roofing. I actually saw Jared at a neighbors house and stopped him to get some info. He took my name and email and contacted me the next day to schedule a bid. Dallas provided the bid and explained everything in detail. We felt most comfortable with Wildwood and chose to move forward with them. Tracey was fantastic to work with. She handled all of the insurance paperwork and got us scheduled for the work in a timely manner. The crew who installed our roof did an excellent job. We have two dogs and I was worried about nails in our yard afterward. I did not find one nail in my yard! The cleanup job was amazing. Overall, my roof is beautiful and I would definitely recommend Wildwood Roofing and use them again.

Called for a quote to inspect roof for repairs/installation. Person came at the appointed hour. However, said that they didn't have the ladder they needed but that someone would stop by later in the day or the following to do the inspection. No one ever came. Called, left a message, never heard back.

I hope it fixed the leaky roof, but time will tell.

They showed up on time but without the needed equipment. The person left to get what he needed and didn't return. Later in the day, another crew member showed up and made the repair.

Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors did outstanding work at a fair price. Dallas explained every detail in the estimate and the work was done exactly as written in the contract. After dealing with an unethical contractor on our first attempt to get our roof replaced - we noticed Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors contract protects the client more than the business. Dallas with Wildwood suggested new and improved products that are proven to withstand highwinds and heavy rain for greater STL weather protection. We appreciate that Wildwood Roofing is keeping up with the latest technology for superior weather protection. The job site was left clean and the quality of their work can easily be seen. I would highly recommend using Wildwood for any insurance related exterior storm damage. I want to comment on Wildwood's roofing and flawless fascia crew - JOB WELL DONE! The crew members were extremely courteous, hard-working, and most of all professional in every way. They continuously keep the work area clean with their professional workmanship. It was a phenomenal experience from speaking with Tracey in the office which was on top of it all with pricing and getting me the quote in a timely fashion. The owners are both great they came out during the project and inspected all of the work that was performed and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors for any of your homes needs. They will for sure treat your house as if it was there house.
