Jared and Mike were very professional and helpful. Jared responded to my first message promptly and scheduled a visit for an estimate on my job. I am very analytical when choosing providers and materials for a project, and Jared answered all my questions patiently and completely. I had several bids with others with excellent reviews on Angie's list, but chose Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors for both price and promised materials and labor. The work was done as soon as the roofers were available and temperatures were in an acceptable range for optimal installation. The roofers showed up promptly, worked through the day, answered any questions I had and almost completed the roofing in one day. They finished up early the next day. During the roofing process, Jared came by to check the progress and quality of the work and answered my call immediately when I had a question. Both Jared and Mike inspected the final job and came back to touch up one or two very minor things within a day or two. The gutters were replaced early the next week, and again, Jared was following up and stopping by to check progress. A few days later, Mike came by for a final inspection on the whole job. I was more than satisfied with the entire process. If I messaged Jared through Angie's list, I heard back within a day. If I called and left a message, I heard back the same day. Excellent in every way.

They located the problem, after a couple other roofing companies failed to. They showed me where a nail had worked loose right in the valley of the roof, resulting in a leak. They even found a similar loose nail in the opposite side of the valley, which would have resulted in a leak in the near future. They repaired both spots and worked it into a busy day for us, because heavy rain was predicted for the upcoming weekend and we had plans to be out of town. Since they were able to squeeze it into their day and they worked quickly, we were able to enjoy the weekend as planned. They did not try to sell more than we needed (another roofer we called fro a repair estimate simply gave an estimate on replacing the entire roof), but they did answer some questions and provide some information on the current state of my roof.

When it comes to a roofing company that is sincerely interested in it's customers, I am happy to say it's Wildwood Roofing! I interviewed at least five roofing contractors in the area. I decided to choose Wildwood Roofing. After reading many good comments about Wildwood Roofing and conducting an initial meeting, I felt very comfortable with this company. Unlike other contractors, they provided us an honest and quality service. We were very happy. We have no hesitation to recommend this company. All the employees worked hard, timely and professional.

The entire effort went very well. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship and Jared delivered a level of customer service you rarely find in this day and age. He met me and the insurance adjuster at the house for the initial inspection and was the intermediary with my insurance company throughout the entire process. The Wildwood crew was very careful to avoid damage to patio furniture and shrubbery and did an impeccable job cleaning up after themselves, I have yet to find a single roofing nail anywhere in the yard. Needless to say I have already made several referrals.

I would give Wildwood Roofing an A+ if I could. They were quick to respond to phone calls and questions, and went above and beyond to communicate with me. They were able to schedule our job earlier than originally promised, and exuded professionalism throughout the entire process. Our roof looks great, and they cleaned up meticulously. The entire experience was a pleasure! I could not recommend them more highly.

We purchased the inspection and repair package to have the roof reviewed and a couple of minor items corrected. Response and scheduling was very prompt, service was excellent and personnel were very friendly and professional.

They showed up as scheduled, worked diligently and cleaned all the mess up. They were courteous and friendly. They were awesome scheduling around our parties. They came back a week later and treated the brick after the mortar had dried. I highly recommend them and we plan to use them again in the future for some additional projects. Wonderful group of guys!!!

These guys went above and beyond. In addition to doing a great job in a single day, they were willing to advance the schedule of the roof replacement by several days in order to get it done before an open house. Mike and his team were great to work with and I cannot more strongly recommend them to anyone else who is looking to have roofing work done in the St. Louis area.

I had initially called several different roofing companies to get an inspection on my roof. One of the roofing companies never called back and the other stated they couldn't get out to my house for two weeks. Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors was the only company that returned my call promptly and was able to come out within 3 days. I was impressed with the overall presentation of the roof proposal and how the process would go from start to finish. MIke , the owner , came out and explained everything which gave me great confidence in his company to do great work. The roof looks great and the clean up was spotless. We received an initial consultation with the owner to go over the job needed. We received a very detailed estimate as well as a schematic of our roof, which detailed the square footage and materials needed. We were given some locations to see actual color and material options on a roof as well as shingle samples. One we had made our choice we met with the owner again to answer any questions we had. Our roof installation was estimated to be a 2 day job. Once the work began the owners were on site to coordinate and supervise the work being done. The overnight clean up was very good and our yard & driveway were able to be accessed. We were very pleased by the final product and the clean up was great. We would recommend Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors to friends and family.

The owners of Wildwood Roofing, Mike and Jared, were very hands-on and professional from start to finish. They were very responsive to my first call, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. My original roof was inferior to current standards, and Mike and Jared pointed out several ways to maximize the life and efficiency of the roof, which included adding ridge vents. Wildwood Roofing offers tons of different shingles and styles from several manufacturers, but Mike and Jared help you choose the roof and look that works best for your current home design. I would highly recommend Wildwood Roofing. Jared Ball and Mike Grossman are true professionals that really care about the finished product and the customer's satisfaction.

One of the owners (Mike or Jared) were at our house nearly 100% of the time while work was being done. They were all very courteous and hard working. The work was done on schedule and very fast. We have a very steep roof pitch and these guys handled it with no problem. There were some other plywood repairs that needed to be done prior to the new roofing materials getting installed and they were very up front and honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Ultimately there were no surprises and we could not be more happy about how things turned out. The new roof completely changed the look and appeal of our home. When they were done and everything was cleaned up you could not even tell that they were ever there other than our fantastic looking roof in place of the old worn out one. I would not hesitate to recommend Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to anyone.

I called Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors and they returned my call within 10 min. Mike Grossman came out to my home a few days later and inspected my roof. It was recommended I replace it. He went over all the details on the spot and let me know he would be back a few days later to go over the proposal. Mike came back to my home and went over all the details and gave me a fair price. I received three other proposals and they were right in the middle on pricing. Mike went over in detail the entire process from start to finish on what would take place when my new roof was put on. I came to find out Mike is the owner of the company which was impressive because you don't see many owners that involved with their projects. I ended up choosing Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors to do my roof. The roof turned out great and completely changed the look of my home. The roof was done in one day and the roofers were very polite and kept my yard and bushes covered. Their clean up was very impressive. After the job was complete , Mike came back over to inspect the roof and walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. I have already recommended Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors to several of my neighbors. I will be calling them in the future if I need anything else done on my home. Now days it seems hard to find a trusted and reliable contractor. I wish I could give them an A++ because they deserve it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
