My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Jared and his team. Jared walked us through the entire process step by step and the end result was fantastic. Their crew did a great job finding potential issues. (replaced water damaged 4x8 piece of plywood sheathing) Prior to bending any flashing, they recommended a different color flashing on the front of my house to increase the curb appeal. The crew also took the time to match the existing step flashing on my chimney. Wildwood Roofing did such a great job that I recommended Wildwood roofing to my parents. They are a great company and would highly recommend them. Thanks!

From start to finish, my process with Wildwood Roofing went as smoothly as I could ask for. We had hail damage on our roof so the insurance company was covering the replacement. Before I even hired Wildwood, they had someone from their company check my roof and meet with the insurance adjuster. The team was always courteous, timely and responsive. I was shocked at how easy this entire process was. I would 100% recommend Wildwood Roofing to anyone!

We had a great experience with Wildwood Roofing! Jared, Dallas, & the team walked us through every step of the process of getting our roof replaced. They coordinated with our insurance from Day 1, clearly explained the costs and what we would be responsible for out of pocket, came to the house to go over our options for the new roof (without being pushy or salesy about upgrades), and most importantly, did an awesome job on the actual roof & gutter replacement. They even noticed some additional damage on the home caused by the storm and went back to our insurance to get it covered and they coordinated the subcontractors doing the extra repair work! From the co-owners (Jared and Mike) to the installers (who were on our roof from 7 AM till 8:30 pm every day), everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional. Mike and Jared are truly in a league of their own. Their commitment to customer service, customer satisfaction, and total quality is impressive beyond belief. They addressed every issue, question or concern we had in a prompt and efficient manner and never collected money from us until they were done with every aspect of the roof and the cleanup afterwords. The team at Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors was top notch. When a large hail storm came through the area, there were plenty of out-of-state, fly-by-night roofing companies canvassing the area, and my neighbors that used them HAD ISSUES EVERY TIME. I went with the local team at Wildwood Roofing and have nothing but good things to say about their customer service and expertise. Jared and his team took the time to walk me through the insurance process, answer all my questions w/o hesitation, and communicated each step in the process to me as it moved along. When the actual work day came, I knew exactly what was going to happen well in advance and the crew was professional, polite, and quick. They cleaned up every last bit of debris and were extra careful to make sure nothing was left in the yard, driveway, or street. Jared and his Supervisor came by regularly to check on the work and crew, and came back on my schedule for a follow up to make sure I was happy with the work, and had no other questions. I wish all contractors and service providers worked like these guys. Highly recommend for roofing & exterior work in the greater St. Louis area.

Dallas came out to my house to provide me with an estimate for roof replacement. He said that he would e-mail me or contact me by phone with an estimate, and let me know when he finished on my roof. He went on my roof to take measurements and assess replacement needs, handing my a publication on the company and its services. Dallas left without letting me know that he was finished. I never heard from this company following that initial meeting.

Both Mike and Jared are true professionals. They took the time to share with us many options on types of siding and the differences in quality. They also helped us pick out the best coil color and brand to do our fascia and soffit. They were understanding of your budget and helped us with the right choices. They completed the work as detailed and also cleaned up after the job was done. They took the time to inspect the job with us after completion to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience to work with Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors and definitely would refer them to family and friends!

After a hard rain we noticed that our roof was leaking. We contacted Wildwood Roofing after a friend recommended them. Dallas came out to inspect the roof and noticed that the roof had quite a bit of hail damage. He came back to our house a few days later to meet with the insurance inspector. Wildwood was able to work us into their schedule right away and did an excellent job. Everyone we spoke to at Wildwood was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We also had them come out to our son's house for a small repair on the back porch roof. Although it was a much smaller job they gave it the proper attention and followed up to insure it was repaired. I would highly recommend Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors.

I was impressed with Jared Ball's frankness and integrity, he even broke down how many jobs they were called back on last year, only 5. The person who referred me was one of them and how they handled it convinced me to put them into the mix of roofers i would choose to use. The weather was lousy for several weeks past the first targeted installation date, but I was kept in contact and updated very well, which is really all you can do. My roof wasn't leaking, but it was ready for help, at least 15 years old, likely more. Work was done quickly and professionally when we had a break in the weather and still looks great. Overall, satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone.

Installers worked from 7 AM till dark, every day, until job was complete.....All work was done on time and was 1st class.....Clean up and hauled off trash daily.....Installers were very courteous and took questions and issues back to the boss every time. A project of this size will always have issues and each one was taken care of with no questions asked....I have had many dealings with contractors over the years and this one was a wonderful experience......Could not have been happier with the quality of the materials purchased and the installation of such.....I could not give the company a higher recommendation......We have other upcoming projects and Wildwood will be the first I call.....

I originally met with Jared Ball in the spring of 2015. He fully inspected all my property and explained what he found as well as answered my questions fully. I met with two other contractors who were also very good and I'm sure would have been ok. That said, I felt the most comfortable with Jared as well as I liked that they were located near my house. I was never pressured to make a decision or for money and was treated in a professional manner. I got busy during the summer and did not re-engage until the fall when I proceeded with Wildwood. Jared met with my adjuster during the inspection process and all the items that were damaged were signed off as anticipated. The interaction on my part with the insurance company was pretty painless. Jared also threw in some extra's at his expense to replace some vent pipes as well replace additional fascia so everything would match. He also agreed to paint my brown colored vent pipes to match my new black roof. The roofing workers started early in the morning and worked very hard until dark to finish the roof in one day. They cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess. Several days later another crew came back and the fixed the storm damaged fascia. During the roofing install some guttering was damaged accidentally and Wildwood took care of it without issue. There was also an issue with my satellite dish re-install that caused a leak in my daughters roof. Jared and another guy verified the source and immediately fixed the issue and had Direct TV come out to re-locate the dish. They also sent someone to seal and re-paint my ceiling promptly. I am very pleased with my experience with Wildwood Roofing and trust that they will stand behind the job should any issues occur. The only negative item I can note is an experience my neighbor had with one of their representatives (not Jared or Mike). A neighbor I referred unfortunately he did not have a good experience as the rep that came out was disinterested. Perhaps he was tired, having a bad day but the interaction did not go well. The sales rep spent about 5 minutes there and did not go on the roof and seemed uninterested. Consequently Wildwood didn't get the job. I was shocked and embarrassed when I found out this happened as this was completely the opposite of how my process went.

It went extremely well. All work was completed in one day, including exceptionally good cleanup. The owner of the company followed up via phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction. From start to finish, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to anyone in need of a new roof.

Excellent work. Cannot say enough good things about the company's owners and workers. They are knowledgeable, personable, and committed to customer satisfaction. My first encounter with the company was a year ago. At that time the insurance company felt the roof had another 4 years so Mike plugged the area of the leak WITHOUT charging me. Right then I knew they'd be the ones replacing my roof & this year they did just that. 100% satisfied with everything!

I would strongly recommend Wildwood Roofing to anyone and everyone! Mike Grossman was attentive to all of our needs and worked with our busy schedules. During the project, our fan fell from the ceiling and both Mike and Jared purchased and installed a new one for us, free of charge! Even after the project was done, Mike and his team came out to check on everything several times. We were very happy with the outcome and would definitely work with them again!

GREAT! Mike and Jared were excellent! They worked directly with the insurance company to make sure the project was seamless. Jared walked my roof with the adjuster to make sure they were all on the same page. Mike helped with the project from start to end--and helped pick out the color, etc. They were prompt, on time, and had high levels of communication (and I am high maintenance with communication to say the least)! We had a tree fall on our home in June 2015. Another company was contacted originally to do the repairs to our home but after many months of delays and issues with them not starting project, we called Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors. From the minute they came to look at the job until it was completed, we could not have been happier with every aspect of their service. They were professional, prompt, and completed the job quickly. We wish we would have known about them to begin with. We have recommended them to others already.

They were exceptional. Prompt, polite, professional.

Roofers came on a Friday morning around 7. worked all day and returned Saturday am. Finished job around noon. Jared came by several times during the day to check on their progress. I had explained to Jared that I was very picky about my property and the messes I had noticed from other roofers doing work in the neighborhood. His crew met my picky expectations. The following week a member of the company came by and inspected the roof and painted all my vents to match the roof color.

Reroof work was fine with the exception that it took several calls to come back and pick up materials left at the site. The job was to include the replacement of a small section of siding on the chimney which was missing. After multiple calls and many promises, that portion of the work remains incomplete after more than two months. Total payment for the complete job has been made.

In late April 2015 I contacted Jared Ball and based on the reviews and past recommendations and asked that he inspect and repair our chalet that had been damaged in a severe hailstorm. I had already met with adjuster and had received authority to proceed.although there were some issues that still needed to be reconciled. He indicated that he didn't think he could do the job in the near future based on his back load but after further conversation indicated that he could probably do so in the late summer or early fall. In July I was contacted by Jared as well as his foreman Dallas Hunt who indicated he would inspect the premises and begin discussions with the insurance company. After finally resolving all issues with the insurance company in September work began in late September. I was supposed to meet him at the chalet but due to a medical emergency I was unable to do so. Dallas Hunt and his crew began the job and kept me informed by texts, photos and even videos showing the repairs in the various stages. After the job was completed I asked Dallas to take care of a few issues which he personally did within the week. I am exceptionally glad that I waited for them to do the repairs as I found both Dallas Hunt and Jared Ball forthright consciousness gentlemen who were a pleasure to dea withl in addition to the fine work which they performed. It should also be noted that there were some issues with the insurance company as to the final payment and they were persistent until all matters were resolved. I would highly recommend this company should anybody be in need of their services.

Both roof and siding project's were finished and completed exactly as contracted. Because, they did our roof quickly with no issues we contacted them six months later to replace our siding, guttering, soffit and fascia. Our only issue was Customer Service during the siding, guttering, etc. install. We understand their business grew tremendously because of the hail storms in our area, our project keep getting pushed back, but they failed to contact us as to the reason why. Upon completion of the project we had discussions with their Management Team,and I believe they have corrected these shortcomings. Work crews were awesome, and courteous . Would we use them again.. Yes!.

I asked for a quote from Wildwood for this job back in July 2015. They came out promptly and quoted the job, but I was not able to act on the quote until November due to other ongoing work. They agreed to do the work for the price quoted back in July. A crew came out within about a week (sooner than expected). It took them about half a day to construct and put on the new gutters. They had to come back two days later to install the screens because their work order had omitted them, and again a week or so afterward because a piece of screen material had blown down (though this appears to have been extra screen that was accidentally left on our roof, rather than something that was supposed to be affixed to the house). The new gutters look great and appear to be standing up well to the trees around our house dropping leaves on them, and to some fairly heavy rains this week. We'll see how they fare against the deluge of oak flower debris in the spring. I am considering replacing another, similar-sized run on the other side of the house and would certainly use Wildwood again.

I called them for an estimate after we had a large hail storm hit in the area. The lady in the office got one of the owners out a couple days later to take a look at the work I needed done. He was great and answered all the questions I had. They sent me the estimate shortly after and they were willing to work with my insurance company. They did my roof first and communicated well on the rest of the work and lead time of those starting. Everything went smoothly and they took care of the insurance company paperwork when the job was done. I will be using them again in the future for some other projects. Their workmanship, communication, and the way they care about their customers is the reason why. You won't regret using this company.
