Description of Work: I have used the company on previous two different occasions (jobs) and service was provided. The second job was linked to a third job and the quote was provided during the completion of second job. After several times contacting the person (service provider) who gave the initial quote for the third job- no response. Called the company and I was told that the person (service provider) who gave me the quote is in a meeting and will call me back soon- never got a call back. Tried to contact the service provider on and off promised to start the job and was never done. Initially I thought that the company was professional that's why I used them repetitively. I will never used them again. One of the gutter they replaced citing the water retention in the old gutter will still retain water as suggested to replaced by a company who provided the gutter cleaning service. Good luck if you can get the response- may be now they don't care for the smaller to medium job anymore as they did until having good reviews previously from customers like me.

Description of Work: They coordinated with the insurance company, gave us all our options in a professional manner, and removed and replaced the roof in the matter of a day. They were responsive, easy to work with, honest, and did great work. I am ultimately very happy with Wildwood Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: New Roof...they came when they said they would finished the job quickly, they did a little extra at my request. This a good contractor, quality work, fair price, timely service.

Description of Work: I was scheduled to have my hail damaged roof and siding replaced the week of July 13. On July 6, a crew showed up to replace my roof. I thought that Wildwood R&E had an opening. The crew proceeded to remove the old shingles but I noticed later that they quit working and proceeded to cleanup. I turned out that the crew wasn't from Wildwood (they had the wrong address) and I was left with a bare wood roof. Jared Ball, the owner of Wildwood called me and said that the other company (I won't reveal their name) called him to tell him of the mistake. Jared immediately made arrangements to have an emergency delivery of my roofing materials and that he would send a crew over the ensure that my roof was watertight since rain was forecast for that afternoon. The crew arrived and immediately installed plastic and tarps just in time for the rain. They returned the next day and began to install the new roofing, although they had to deal with rain both that day and the next. By Wednesday they had completely removed to old roof and installed the new. I am grateful to Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors for their concern that my home was completely safe from the environment. I look forward to their repairs to the hail damage siding, which I expect will be completed this week. I is too bad that Angie's List does not have a rating higher than A, for I would definitely give them a rating of A++. I will not hesitate to recommend Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to anyone.

Description of Work: Very professional. Co-owner came by day after to inspect and check cleanup. Readily agreed to my minor requests. I hired Wildwood based on their excellent reviews. I was not disappointed.

Description of Work: I received a very high grade of roof. Evidently, the best on the market. Wildwood Roofing helped me obtain a nice discount with my State Farm Insurance for meeting standards that are hail, high winds resistance for 30 years plus. |They were also good at helping me thru the claims process to receive reimbursement for previous roof damage. I will plan to use them in the future for siding, etc.

Description of Work: Wildwood Roofing was prompt and professional...excellent service. I had a small leak repaired around some flashing and they performed an overall assessment of my roof. Their work was first rate and I will likely use them again for my future roofing needs.

Description of Work: Patched roof - ceiling leak stopped. Will have them consult with the insurance inspector to repair the roof. |They were excellent! Jared even called back to make sure the temporary repair correct the problem.

Description of Work: We were given an honest opinion on the condition of our roof without the pressure of a sale. It was nice to not feel forced into buying something we didn't necessarily need. When the time comes for our roof to be replaced, we will be calling Wildwood Roofing.
