Description of Work: I had a very large two-level deck on the back of my house that had to be replaced due to rotting support structure. West County deck tore down the old deck and built a new deck in its place.

Provided good references and completed all work as promised in spite of bitter cold winter weather. Scott is very pleasant to work with and I would be happy to use him again.
Description of Work: Removed a double deck (one over the other). Removed all debris and rebuilt two decks in the same footprint using superior materials.

+ -1 moreOUR DECK HAD TO BE REPLACED RATHER THAN REPAIRED DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE AND A MATERIAL CHANGE BY THE TREX MANUFACTURER. ALTHOUGH THE MATERIALS WERE OF A NICER QUALITY THAN WE ORIGINALLY HAD INSTALLED, SCOTT'S WORKERS ADDED SO MUCH FINISH QUALITY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF OUR DECK, WE WERE IN AWE. OUR FLAGSTONE PATIO IS THE SIGNATURE OF OUR REAR YARD, AND OUR DECK WAS SORT OF AN AFTER THOUGHT TO COMPLEMENT THE DECK. BASED ON THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY AND THE ATTENTION TO FINISH AND DETAIL, WE NOW HAVE A TREX DECK THAT RESEMBLES THE QUALITY OF OUR FLAGSTONE PATIO.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS REFERRED TO ME FROM THE TREX MATERIAL WEB SITE AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY INITIAL CALL. TWO OTHER COMPANIES NEVER EVEN RETURNED MY CALL TO OBTAIN A QUOTE. OUR DECK WAS MADE OUT OF TREX AND WAS DAMAGED BY THE 2004 HAIL STORM. THIS COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND PROVIDED US WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO HAVE OUR DECK REPLACED IN ITS ENTIRETY DUE TO A MATERIAL CHANGE THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE SINCE IT WAS BUILT TWO YEARS PRIOR. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T FLINCH AND AUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION AND PAYMENT. DUE TO WEATHER AND MATERIAL DELAYS, THE START DATE WAS PUSHED BACK, BUT SCOTT ALWAYS CALLED ME AND KEPT ME INFORMED. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, THEY SPENT THREE DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.
