It was a good experience. We don't always know when they are going to come out, but they do a nice job and they do it quickly. They have been very accommodating.

I've contacted Jay Edelstein, the owner of Total Lawn care numerous times regarding this. Each times he assures us they will come fix the problem. The most recent contact was 10-9 asking for a return call. I had to call 3 times & my call was finally returned 10-11. Jay said he would come out & take a look. He called back 10-12 that there were too many leaves to see the damage. I returned his call 10-13 letting him know that we would rake over the weekend & he could stop by the week of 10-16. Of course we didn't hear back from Jay at all. I contacted him again 10-30. Jay stated they would go out this week to rake & grade the lawn & seed as well as repair or replace the landscape edging. As of 11-12 this work has not been completed & we have not heard back from Jay. This is the 2nd time this year he has promised this work would be done & has failed to follow through.
