 + -1 moreIt was a good experience. We don't always know when they are going to come out, but they do a nice job and they do it quickly. They have been very accommodating.
Description of Work: They came to our home and mowed the whole lawn front and back.

 + 0 moreI've contacted Jay Edelstein, the owner of Total Lawn care numerous times regarding this. Each times he assures us they will come fix the problem. The most recent contact was 10-9 asking for a return call. I had to call 3 times & my call was finally returned 10-11. Jay said he would come out & take a look. He called back 10-12 that there were too many leaves to see the damage. I returned his call 10-13 letting him know that we would rake over the weekend & he could stop by the week of 10-16. Of course we didn't hear back from Jay at all. I contacted him again 10-30. Jay stated they would go out this week to rake & grade the lawn & seed as well as repair or replace the landscape edging. As of 11-12 this work has not been completed & we have not heard back from Jay. This is the 2nd time this year he has promised this work would be done & has failed to follow through.
Description of Work: Weekly mowing & trimming. We have contacted them numerous times asking that they not come & mow the lawn after it has rained, as it causes deep grooves in our lawn. The front & side lawns have been damaged by these grooves. Also, the trim around some of our landscaping has been damaged by the mowers.
