Called several times. Never returned call. Based on other reviews/comments this is a pattern behavior. Why is this guy still on list!!!!!

Never returned phone call..

My riding mower stopped working. I called this vendor and explained what I thought was the problem. He advised me that it would be counterproductive and expensive the long term to try to repair this mower. He said it could be repaired, but it would likely break down again soon. Nothing is manufactured to last anymore. Things engineered to break down as part of the job security program of all modern manufacturers. Quantity rather than quality! I feel this vendor was honest with me and if I were in a position to use his services, I would contact him first.

Tom arrived right on time with his trailer and repaired my mower on-site. This is a great benefit. The mower could still be used, just very difficult to push/pull when it wasn't engaged and turning corners when mowing. It was nice to be able to still use the mower though a little tough rather than be without it for a couple of weeks if I had taken it someplace for repair. It took him about 20 minutes and it's as good as new. My time is worth money to me, and having Tom come to me was a great time saver and allowed me to keep up with mowing. I will definitely use him again in the future.

It went great! They come to you if you are in the st louis county area. I think mainly west county/kirkwood/webster etc. I had a snow blower that wouldn't start. Gas left in it over the season. And a lawn mower that I just wanted to keep in great shape. They cleaned the carb on the blower, and it now starts like a champ. the mower they did oil, carb, whatever you do on a tune up, (I don't know, tha'ts why I hired them, lol! And sharpened the blade. I can now trust it will keep going strong through the season, and the best part is, all I had to do was roll it out of my garage! He got done with it in about 30 minutes, and was less than it would have been for me to take them into a shop, AND without the hassle of loading them up. Love it! :)
