Fine, they didn't have the amount of tile I needed but offered to retrieve a supply from the warehouse. I received the amount needed within a short time.

The Tile Shop was fabulous. What I didn't use they took back and gave me credit for. The worker who installed the tile was fabulous. He is a real artist. He did a really good job.

Originally walked into the retailer wanting to get tile installed in our bathroom. Instead, they encouraged us to do it ourselves, and showed us all the steps to do it. Left feeling comfortable that we could do it, and it couldn't have turned out better. Have done 3 more tiling jobs since then, all ourselves, and all purchased from the Tile Shop. Each experience has been as good as the last, and have been to 3 different stores, all very helpful and consistent.

This company was recommended by our tile installer. Wow, they were great. So helpful start to finish. They were very patient with all of our questions. They didn't push us, or try to sell us anything we didn' t want. They helped us with our choices for our lifestyle. The prices were very reasonable and we are happy to know they are going to be there for us even after the sale. The tile itself was a tumbled travertine. They took their time to explaine where it was mined, how it was mined etc. We left feeling great about our choices. They asked us lifestyle and care questions so they could recommend what would work for us. We highly recommend this company.

I used the Tile Shop in St. Peters and worked with John. He was extremely professional and helpful in selecting the tile for my kitchen back splash. When the tile I ordered arrived, it was a darker color than the sample I had looked at. I was able to go through the tiles they had on hand and switch out some of the darker ones for lighter colors. Also, the installer I selected from the list of contractors provided by the Tile Shop, James Murphy, was THE BEST. His bill was exactly the same as his bid and his work was pure art. The back splash looks even better than I had imagined. I recommend the Tile Shop for the product and I certainly recommend Mr. Murphy to do any work you need done in your home. The Tile Shop issued credit for the leftover tiles. All in all, I'm very happy.

we purchased the tile, grout, and other items our installer needed with Tony's help. The installer picked up everything so we wouldn't have to worry about that. We did have some excess items that we gladly returned for a refund. We had shopped around for tile and found that the Tile Shop had by far the best selections, best customer service and best price. we highly recommend Tony and the Tile Shop!

I bought some tile, waited for it to arrive, and then went and picked it up. They had a great selection and just be prepared to wait if you special order something.

I decided to use a different type of tile and this company does not work with that tile. They told me they specialize in bathrooms and I am doing a foyer so the fit was not too good. They seemed like an okay company and if you were doing a bathroom it would be a good place to go. If I was doing a bathroom I would have use them to quote in the future. The quote was in writing so that was good.

It wasn’t a good experience. We bought tile to put in our kitchen and since we were new to the whole tile buying thing, I guess we were ignorant about what we were buying. We did not know that it would be scratched easily, so while they were installing it, it was getting scratched. They were installing it regularly and did not do anything that would scratch it. They basically tried to claim that it was our fault for not knowing that it was scratched and when we tried to return it, they would not let us. We spent about $400 on that work and thought that the price was good.

We remodeled our master bathroom and purchased tile from The Tile Shop. It was a great experience, all of the personnel we dealt with were helpful and knowledgable. I went there about five different times buying tile and supplies and always had a helpful associate and they had almost everything I needed in stock.

The project went very well. We now have a lovely new bathroom. We got a lot of our ideas from the many displays at the tile store. They not only sold us the tile they told us how to take care of it and also took back any excess tile we had with a refund. I truly appresciate all of the help I was given and will gladly shop there again.

After visiting The Tile Source as well as HD and Lowes, I found the Tile Shop to have not only the widest selection of tile, but also the best prices. The same tile that we purchased at the Tile Shop, would have cost double at the Tile Source and good luck finding the period tile we needed for our 1895 home at the big box hardware stores. Not only is the price and selection fantastic, they are very professional and the turnaround time is fantastic. Can't say enough about them. Great experience.

Ozzie Hamdeh was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection. They have a great showroom with many types and sizes of tile.
