Between some invasive tree roots in a drain tile that carries water away from our basement and some heavy rains, we came home to find 2 inches of water in our entire basement. While we had most of the water soaked up when Steve's crew showed up, they instantly went into action by taking moisture readings of all of the floors as well as the walls. They set up the necessary number of industrial fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process. Our price was a fixed price so even though we ended up needing part of the equipment for twice the number of days estimated, our price did not change. Steve, the owner of the company, came out three additional times to take readings and inspect for mold. Fortunately, we were able to save the carpet, drywall, and nearly everything in the basement. To top it off, Steve, who had years of experience installing flooring, when he was certain everything was dry, stretched the carpet and made everything look as if there was never a problem! I also appreciated how Steve would call us 5-10 minutes before arriving each time just to give us a head's up that he was near by.

The Flood Company performed cleaning services due to a sewer backup in my basement. I called and Steve answered and said he could be by at a certain time to look at the damage. He thought he could fit me in that day, but had to view it himself to verify. Steve arrived promptly at the time he said he would, calling before he came. He gave me the estimate, and said he would be back with his partner in a couple of hours. They arrived when they said they would, took the amount of time they said it would take to remove damaged items, powerwash, then steam wash, then set up the dryers. When the basement was dry in a couple of days, they sprayed Microban. I was very happy with their work and would use them again. I recommended them to my next door neighbor who also had sewer backup at the same time.

This is the 2nd time I have had to use the Flood Company, in less than 5 years, because of sewer back up. I have been extremely pleased with their results. They showed up on time, and ready to work. It is a very nasty job, and I applaud them in what they have to do. Hopefully I will not have anymore sewer back up, but if I do the Flood Company will be my first call.

We were away for the weekend when the water valve on our refrigerator ice maker broke. Both floors of our home were soaked. Flood Co. came to our rescue. They extracted the water and then set up huge fans to take the rest of the dampness out. Because we were gone and the damage was not discovered for two days, our upstairs furniture had discolored the carpet so badly it had to be replaced which Flood Co also did. They also extracted the dampness from our upholstered furniture and cleaned it. Because of their expertise, none of our furniture had to be replaced. We were very happy with their work.

I enthusiastically recommend them! They were just wonderful! They were very professional, and were very prompt in response. Even if they didn't get to us right away, they started talking to us right away. They were really on top of things.

Discovered the flood at 6am called Floodmasters Inc. who responded immediately and were at my house about 7:30am. They immediately began sucking up excess water, then installed 11 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers. This company came and checked every day to check the progress. Wednesday, satisfied that everything was completely dry, removed all equipment. Final bill submitted to Ins. Co. so I don't know how much it turned out to be.
