As I mentioned above they have done 3 separate but large jobs for me, each time the work went well and I am happy with the finished product. I highly recommend them.

We initially contacted 4 contractors and received bids from 3 of the companies. Storm Solutions was not the lowest bid. However, our experience with Jeff couldn't have been any more pleasant. He quickly provided our estimate and took almost 4 hours to go over all the details in our first meeting. After evaluating the product suggestions, we felt 100% confident he knew what he was talking about and had in depth knowledge of both the roofing and siding. I walked around the house with him showing him things I thought I would enhance our property. He patiently listened and then suggested a few things I would not have even considered. We ultimately improved the front of the house by adding columns, full siding, and new roof. Both the roof and siding were completed within 1 week. The roof actually only took 1 day and the siding 3 days. The entire house looks spectacular! I was very pleased with how clean the yard was after they completed their work. I would highly recommend them. The best part was they're a family run business. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

My experience with Storm Solutions was more than satisfactory. Jeff came out and measured my roof and gave me an evaluation. I submitted my claim to the insurance company, and ajuster met Jeff back at my houe the next week and told me they were in agreement and I would have a check very soon. Whithin a two week period I had a check in hand and made an appointment with Storm Solutions. Jeff and his crew showed up on time and worked all day. The roof was completed by 3:00pm. The crew cleaned so well, you could not tell anyone had been working All my neighbors have commented on what a beautiful job and how well my roof looks. Not only did Storm Solutions do a great job, but they helped me pick out a great looking roof that matched my house and style.

Storm Solutions handled everything. The owner went on the roof with the insurance adjuster and was very easy to work with. The company handled all the insurance work, which was great! The crew installed the new roof in one day and it looks great. No problems.

My house was apparently hit with hail during a recent set of storms. I was very impressed with the salesperson when he saw me outside doing yard work. He explained that he was working in the area and stated many of his customers had storm related damage to their property. During our conversation, it was explained that the integrity of my roof could potentially be compromised. And he offered to do a free inspection. Once he was finished looking around he in fact noted some damage to my roof and gutters. I then contacted my insurance carrier to file a claim. Jeff had given me a booklet of information which walked me through the claim process. Ultimately the adjuster came out and met with Jeff to review my house. Thankfully I had him involved and he took care of everything from that point forward. Our roof and gutter replacement was scheduled within 2 weeks. His team actually did ALL the work in one day - a complete surprise! I love my new roof and it only cost me my deductible. Now we have a lifetime roof that looks fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I agree with the previous review ? this company is completely unresponsive! I have two buildings that need roof repairs. When I called their website, Jeff immediately offered to look for storm damage in case my repairs could be covered by insurance. That was a good start and seemed like a caring offer. He later met me at the building a week later to assess the damage. He was on time and very polite. When he saw it was a smaller job, he claimed he was very busy with storm damage work. I said I understood and agreed to check back later to get on his schedule. I called every week for three weeks in July and left a message. He never had the courtesy to return my call. On one message, I kindly asked him to call back and just state if he wasn?t interested and to suggest another company so I could make alternate plans. Again, no response. With this lack of attention to customer service, it makes you wonder about the actual quality of his roof work (does it meet code, will he pick up the roofing nails that scatter in the yard so your kids/pets don?t step on them, will he show up to finish the job, etc.). It appears he only wants the big insurance jobs.

When we moved into our house, about a year ago, we were told that there was a new roof, and that the warranty was transferable. In our contract, it said we would be given a warranty on our roof. In October, our roof started leaking, We called the company, left a message to report the problem, along with our warranty number, and never heard back. This leak continued to happen throughout the winter, I continued to call and leave messages, it was never resolved. I had a couple of other handy men look at it to make sure I didn't have a clogged gutter or something, which I didn't. Then, in February, another leak started. once again we called the company. This time he picked up (I believe it was only because I caught him after a doctors appointment.) I was informed that the warranty was not transferable, but he had wanted to be nice to the previous owner because she was an elderly lady. He gave me a round about answer, finally saying he would come look at the problem. They came out and looked at the problem, and said they would come back another day to fix the problem. I did not need to be there because it was the roof. I was informed that when the previous owner had the new roof put on she had cut some corners (I would have too if I was selling in all honesty) I asked if he could quote me how much it would cost to repair those parts, and I would pay for them. He said he would have to get back to me. I have never heard from them again. I assume the roof is fixed because it doesn't leak, but I just feel it is very unprofessional to not call back. I the warranty was not transferable I wish he would have called me in October so that I could look for other solutions. A bad company overall.

Storm Solutions gave us a competitive bid and assisted in our insurance claim. They removed the old roof and installed new felt and roofing materials and flashing as necessary. Everything was completed within three days and all old material was removed as well as any packaging materials, nails, etc. Excellent installation and cleanup.
