Cost was typically lower, often substantially lower, than with any of the competitors we tried. They were easy to deal with in arranging installation and flexible in accommodating our schedule. When our plans regarding old refrigerator changed, they made a second trip to remove it , at no charge.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were treated with such professionalism! Our salesman, Josh, was very knowledgeable and not pushy, which was appreciated. He went out of his way to check on special prices for Black Friday that could be a possibility for us, and by waiting to order our appliances just one week, we were able to get a very nice sale. The installers came promptly when they said they would be there, and gave us a call the night before, just as promised. Randy, the installer, was also very professional.

The whole process went extremely well. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about products and their features. We were promised a call the evening before the Installation day and it was so. The time was to be between 10:00 and 12:00 and the first team of installers were right on time. As they were wrapping up the second team of installers arrived. We are very pleased with the whole process and thankful that others took the time to enter their input to help is to make our decision.

Great, I was sold just what I wanted. The sales staff was knowledgable. Delivery service was excellent also. I can understand now why they have been in business for so long. The only place I will ever shop for appliances.

I researched the dryer I wanted, looked on line for prices, called Lowes and Home Depot for their price and called Slyman for their price. Home Depot and Lowes actually had lower prices for the dryer but both had delivery fees of at least $145 for Lowes. I don't remember Home Depot's. Slyman had no delivery fee. Lowes and Home Depot also had a $45 kit I would have to purchase with the gas hose and vent hose. Slyman didn't. I called Slyman for a price. The price was given to me immediately, I said I would take it and we set up a delivery date. It came on time. It was installed quickly by two young men who knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. They moved my old dryer to the garage where I wanted it and would have taken it away if that was what I had wanted. I called twice after that. Once because the washer had been moved when installing the dryer and it had started to move across the floor when operating. The other time because of banging in the washer that hadn't been there before it had been moved. Both times my call was dealt with immediately and courteously by the office and the two young men who came to deal with the problem. I will definitely call Slyman again if I am buying appliances. .

We recommend Slyman for all your appliance needs. They are courteous, honest and easy to work with. Unlike the big box stores, they have a wonderful installer that knows how to install properly and troubleshoot when necessary. Purchase and installation went perfectly and smoothly. Also, they were able to get our new dishwasher installed within two days of purchase...no big box store can do that! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

This is our second purchase from Slyman Brothers in the past 2 months. We purchased a GE steam dryer. Pricing was competitive but what sets them apart is their "white glove delivery and installation". It is excellent! Delivery is prompt, efficient, courteous. New venting was installed by the delivery crew. Love the dryer....love the service at Slyman.

Excellent service. they helped us make sure we quaified for and received a $300 marketing promotion (rebate). they worked with us on delivery and everything worked out perfectly. Price was very reasonable and we weren't pressured to make a purchase. All in all, a very good experience.

I use them quite often. It was great! They tell you exactly what they have and that's exactly what shows up, and their installers are very good. They go in and do it, and then leave.

The microwave door had a very minor ding in it which was not noticed when it was delivered. When I them, they immediately sent a person to the house to see it and ordered a replacement door. Great service.

Excellent customer service. We had had nightmares in the past with Lowe's delivery, Sears delivery. Well these guys did what they said they would do like they should and with no hitches whatsoever. We had to replace a range in a walk up condo and they sold it to us at a fair price with no hard selling or cajoling, removed the old appliance and installed the new one within a 2 hour window of when they promised on the first try. A full kitchen remodel is in our future and I couldn't be happier to know that I have found a source of appliances to equip my future project. Keep up the good work guys, you are giving the big box stores a run for their money.

We love Slyman Bros. We bought our stove their 6 months ago and came back for a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. They provide good information about their products and help you find the right appliance for your needs and budget. They do not try to oversell. Their delivery team is great too. We are very pleases with the overall experience with Slyman Bros. for purchasing new appliances.

It was good. We were real happy with the way they treated us. There wasn't really any follow up but maybe it wasn't needed. Their prices were really good. The refrigerator has the double doors on top and the freezer on the bottom. We have been really happy with it. We would use them again.

They were punctual, friendly, and competent. They did a beautiful job. They also followed up with me. I would highly recommend them.
