+ -1 moreThis went as good as it possibly could have gone, we were thinking we would have to replace the carpet witch runs throughout most of the floor in the house. Our carpet was wearing through by the metal threshold between the kitchen & the carpet, we had a foot long section where we could see the backing. We was able to pull a small piece out of the back of a hall closet & make the repair, unless you knew it was there you can't notice it. He even replaced the piece of carpet he took from the closet with the piece he replaced & I can't even tell he did it. I cannot express how much I appreciate his workmanship, his repair should buy us a few more years before we have to replace the 6 year old builders grade carpet. All for 75.00 including the trip charge. He was an older gentleman who took pride in his work, he was very professional & was on time. I'd give him an A+ if they offered it.
Description of Work: He repaired a small area of carpet that has worn where it met my kitchen flooring at the threshold. A+ work

+ -1 moreHe was really good. He was great. He came in, estimated everything and was very punctual; he showed up when he was supposed to. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. Everything was great when he left. He was very reasonably priced and he was very professional.
Description of Work: Professional Carpet Systems re-stretched some carpets and cut off some excess. Don Kramme redid my whole lower level.
