+ 0 moreI needed the work done promptly and got several bids. None of the providers, besides Prestige, was able to do the job on the schedule I wanted. They did it quickly but thoroughly and for the right price. I recommend their services.

+ -1 moreTook a few days to connect up with them, but when they came they did great work and we were very pleased with the way it looked when they finished.
Description of Work: We had our two-story house power washed and they did such a good job we had them power wash a free-standing garage we have on another property and the north side of a rental house we own. They also cleaned a small concrete slab porch and sidewalk at our rental property.

+ 0 moreCalled early Nov and had app't for 11/15/10. No show and when I called their number got voice mail and no answer. Chris called back next day, said they had a wrong phone number and rescheduled me for 11/17 at 2PM. No show again but arrived at 4PM saying they did not have time for all my windows but did do gutters. They borrowed my extension cord and rewound it backwards. They also cleaned the atrium window and said they would come back for the other windows on 11/22 at 10 AM. No show again and when I called they acted like I was not even on the schedule. I told them to forget it and that I would get someone reliable from Angies list. They called back and said they would be over in 30 minutes. I agreed and waited because I wanted the windows done for the holidays. Their cleaning was adequate but they were not reliable or prompt.
Description of Work: Washed windows (triple track and divided) and cleaned gutters.

+ 0 moreThey arrived on time with three men and went to work quickly. We had many plants on the deck that they moved and after the cleaning replaced. Chris was careful to clean every part of the siding and removed a black fungus on one side of the house and gutters. He then asked us to inspect the house and, when we found some areas that still had some dirt on them, quickly power washed them again. The windows they cleaned were spotless. I would recommend them highly. They do great work at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Power washed the vinyl siding around house, cleaned windows, removed stains from siding and washed cedar deck and brushed patio bricks.

Description of Work: DID ALL WINDOW IN AND OUT, ALL SCREENS AND SILLS. WE HAVE 50 WINDOWS. WINDOWS IN BACK ARE 32' FEET ABOVE GROUND. THEY FINISHED IN 3 1/2 HRS.
