Natural Green Lawn Care and Landscaping

So far, it has been fine and been good. They are pretty much the only company in the area that uses truly organic lawn care so that is the reason I chose them.

I really liked Bill, he is an expert at what he does and I especially liked the fact that he was the only one of all the companies that I contacted who was 100% organic, including the weed treatments. Unfortunately, I don't know if they are understaffed/overbooked, or what, but response time was not the greatest. I would hire them again if I knew they improved on their customer service in terms of getting back to customers in a timely manner. Otherwise, everything else I really liked. When I was able to communicate with him, he was very thorough in answering all of my questions and gave me a really good understanding in lawn and soil care. And surprisingly very reasonable for organic solutions.

He's extrememly knowledgable, communicates well, and is extremely knowledgeable about organic lawn care. He always tests the soil and we are always very happy with the results.

I gave this young man a glowing recommendation several years ago when he first started working for us. That is why I feel I must let people know that something has gone terribly wrong. After not mowing our lawn for a month, I contacted him and asked if he had stopped working and that we were desperate to get our leaves cleaned up. He then did come and mow and clean up some of the leaves. Then he sent a bill for 6 different things--claimed he'd mowed four times and removed leaves twice for a bill of nearly $300. Naturally we did not pay and we fired him. I don't know what caused this man to change so drastically. We now question what he has charged us for in the past. From time to time he would charge for an extra mowing and I would tell him so he would change the bill. But I have no way of knowing if he actually did the fertilization he said he did. Also he had a number of family problems that kept him from working. Next time I will choose a business that can carry on when one person is out for the day.

I hired them originally to pick up leaves last fall. I saw how hard Bill works and was impressed with the service. I hired him again in the spring and have not been disappointed--he is a hard worker who really knows his lawns! I believe he has a horticulture degree. He uses compost tea and other natural ingredients to nurture the lawn and protect the environment. Highly recommended.
