+ -1 moreThe cleaners are prompt and professional. One of the 2 cleaners is the same person every time instead of different people every time like I've had with other cleaning services. With other companies, the level of clean depends on who cleans. With MTO sending me the same person each time, I leave in the morning and come home to a completely spotless house.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning of a 7,100 square foot house.

Description of Work: Less than an hour was spent on the cleaning of my home. When asked about a task that was to be included in the estimate I was told that they did not do that job. My toilets were always left dirty as was my shower. I was charged for work that was not done, although they did clear that up. When asked to come back and reclean, they never came. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of work.

+ -1 moreWe got our estimate done within a few days and started the cleanings the next week. We have the girls out every other week and they always do a great job. Our cleaning is specialized to our needs and we can always expect to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about calling back because something was missed.
Description of Work: Cleaned bathrooms (top to bottom), kitchen (counter tops, inside of microwave, outside of appliances, sink, floors), living room (dust and vacuum), family room (dust and vacuum), 3 bedrooms (dust and vacuum), office(dust and vacuum), stairs (dust and vacuum).
