The sales department was professional and kept my needs in mind when recommending the fixture and the person who installed the faucet was polite and neat and easy to deal with.

 + -1 moreWe were happy with the results, the only complaint was that we had to wait a couple of weeks before the contractor could come out to install the new garage door opener. Our garage door was broken, so it was a pain opening the garage by hand during the wait. Other than that, the installer was friendly and worked quickly.
Description of Work: We had Lowe's remove a broken garage door opener and install a new garage door opener.

 + -1 moreTHE INSTALLATION CAME OUT VERY WELL. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THERE WAS A MIX-UP IN THE ORDERING. WE PAID EXTRA FOR A SPECIAL ORDER PAD THAT WAS NOT ORDERED FROM THE FACTORY UNTIL THE DAY IT WAS TO BE INSTALLED. THE CONTRACTED INSTALLERS WENT TO 2 LOWE'S STORES IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THE SAME PAD. SO A DAY WAS WASTED. THE NEXT DAY, THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE CARPET AND CORRECT PAD. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES ON THE WALLS AND THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.
