Andy is a one man company and is extremely dedicated to providing great customer service and extremely fair pricing (he brings samples all to you, the customer, in your own home). He is prompt and professional and advises the window solutions (shades, blinds or shutters) which would fit the customer's needs (and budget) best. Andy was able to recommend the best solution for us, which ended up being honeycomb shades. He was quick to call us when they came in and prompt on installation day. The shades were installed super quickly and efficiently. Andy also honors your needs if your budget can't handle covering all your windows at once. It's no problem at all for this company. I LOVE our new shades (they look wonderful, but have also really helped keep our place cooler in the summer heat) and love the customer service Andy provides through Love is Blinds!

The installation crew was great. One blind was too short and had to be re-measured and replaced at a later date. Their mini-blind price was the best and I would use them again even though one blind was measured wrong and I had to wait a couple of weeks for the new blind to be installed. I skipped their vertical blinds since they were a little pricey.

This is the second time I have used Love is Blinds. Again the service and product were excellent. Andy came to my home and helped me choose the correct color for the sheer shades. They again arrived sooner than promised and Andy was able to install them right away. I would and have recommended his services to others.

Andy was extremely helpful in pointing out the different options for window treatments for my room. He suggested the Nantucket sheer shades, and they are perfect. He was prompt for all appointments, and the shades arrived sooner than promised. Andy showed me the actual product in use, and he was very patient in answering all of my questions.

Andy was great to work with. Listened to what we were looking for and provided us with several options to consider. Was very knowledgeable and provided us information needed for us to make the right decision but never pushed us in any specific direction, wanted to make sure we got the product and look we wanted. Prices were very competitive with other companies we looked at. Installation occurred as scheduled. When a problem came up with one of the items from the manufacturer he got it replaced immediately.. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out and would strongly recommend Love is Blinds.

He did a good job. His price was fair but he was not prompt.

On the 2nd week of December he put blinds and honey-comb shades in the whole house. He's great. He's very professional, friendly and punctual. One of the times he forgot a header for my patio door and he just said I'll be back later. He forgot to come back. I forgot to call in. I called him and said, don't forget about the header and my French doors are up now if you can come back for that. A week later he came and did both things. He even came on the day we had ice and I didn't expect him to. He was very nice. He has good price, the best price of all the places. I think I called all the places that was there. I called Victor Shades and Three blind guys. Those were the three that I think were in my area that I called off Angie's List and I ended up using Andy from Live is Blind. He's a small guy and he's pretty cheap out of anywhere. I will absolutely use them again.

His professionalism and quick measuring (with no mistakes) was outstanding. I had gone to another supplier to get a bid, but they were much higher. I asked why the difference in price and Love is Blinds indicated it was because the other supplier had a showroom and Love is Blinds cut out that type of overhead. It made sense, so we ordered from him. The order came back in record time and the installation went smoothly. I really liked the man who sold us the blinds. He was very nice to work with, however, after living with these blinds now for 6 months, I realize that the reason Love is Blinds was cheaper, was because the quality of the blinds is cheaper. When sun shines through the blinds, portions of the blinds are darker than other parts. In addition, they are not as easy to lower and raise. This is our fault for ordering cordless. If I had to do it again, I would still go to Love is Blinds because I liked them, but I wouldn't order cordless blinds of this quality.

It went better that expected.

Andy was very pleasant, polite and responsive. He was accomodating and worked with em regardiing the right color and style.

I called for an estimate and he came right away. He showed me several different products. I picked the product I liked and he placed the order. When the product was ready, he came out immediately to install. He also hauled away my old blinds. It was quick and easy.

Overall this was a good and fun experience. Andy was very friendly and very flexible. He provided helpful information and he did a great job with the measuring and installation of the shades. He was prompt, courteous, and very enthusiastic. He is punctual and always friendly. The service is top notch. You won't find anyone better. I will definitely be calling him again.

Contacted this vendor for review of samples and estimate for work. Vendor met with us at our home and brought ample supplies and samples. Met with us on a Friday after 5 as this was the only time that we would be available. After we agreed upon the appropriate styles for our home we were provided with an estimate. After confirmation of price the vendor help us with the appropriate paperwork to submit for manufacturer rebates and submitted the order for manufacture. The materials took about 2 weeks to come in. Once in the vendor installed all of our blinds. Installation was quick and easy. Vendor was clean and respectful of our time.

Overall this was a good experience with only a few negatives. Andy was very friendly and did a great job with the measuring and installation of the blinds. Everything went fine with the ordering and installation, and they look great. The only negatives are 1. their price was a bit more expensive than other competing services for the same exact blinds and 2. he was supposed to send me an updated receipt and product paperwork and although I sent him a couple of reminders, I still have not received it 2 1/2 months later. I would definitely consider using him in the future but would likely get competitive bids. ------------------- Update November 2012: I'm increasing my score from a B to an A because: 1. After I posted this review, Andy got the receipt I needed to me within a couple of days. 2. When one of the shades he installed subsequently had a mechanical problem, he was able to come out within days, tried to fix it, and then when we found it was not fixable, got a replacement shade in less than two weeks! Great service!!!

From the moment of first contact with Andy at Love is Blinds, we knew we were in good hands. He is punctual and always friendly. The service is top notch. You won't find anyone better. Don't waste your time with other places. Love is Blinds should be your first call.

Approximately 18 windows blinds were installed taking a mere 1 1/2 hours. At the time of installation, we noticed that one of the blinds had been miss cut by the factory. (Not due to missed measurement.) Within a two week time frame, the replacement blind was delivered and installed.

overall the timing was great because we were in the midst of selling and moving out-of-the-old place and into the new home. we are very pleased with the quality ofd the product.

He is super. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. He was on time and his product is a good product. I have recommended him to other people.

He was right on target as far as when he said the blinds would be in. He called me the day before the date and he said he should be in by the 9th and he installed them on the 9th. He was professional. The installation looks great. Everything turned out how I wanted it. I think he was also very competitively priced. I think he was the cheapest in the three people that I had got quotes from. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

It was great! We love how the shutters look. The blinds he recommended in the garage are great because you can hose them down. He was so flexible at doing the house in phases to help us with budgeting. We did the upstairs first, downstairs and garage next. A trim piece of the shutter in our dining room was damaged and he came and replaced it. It did take awhile for it to come in, but we weren't in a hurry. His pricing was the great! He was the 2nd person we had come give us a bid and he was way more inexpensive.

Chose Love is Blinds for an estimate based on the Angies List ratings. This was the second company to give me a price. Andy was able to come within a day or two of my call. He listened to what I was interested in and then brought in samples. He quoted me a price from a few different manufacturers. I have Silhouettes in my master bedroom and he suggested a product very close to them but lower in price. His pricing came in a few hundred less than the first window treatment company I called. The shade was in within a few weeks. Andy called and was able to come by that day to install. There was a slight problem with how the shade rolled up. After Andy tried a few adjustments, he made a call to Hunter Douglas and confirmed that one of their technicians would take care of the issue. The Hunter Douglas rep was there within the week, corrected the problem.....no charge. I asked Andy for a window treatment referral in the Branson area for our new condo. He got me a few names of certified Hunter Douglas reps within the week. We used one for our condo. Very good customer service from Andy and I will use him again.

Incredible customer service! I had a difficult space to design, and Andy was helpful throughout the process. He was polite, prompt, patient, and very detail-oriented. I will gladly recommend Love is Blinds to others. I will also call again soon to work on some other window coverings.
