Description of Work: The sliding glass door’s lock wasn’t working and Mario came and took it apart, lubricated it in no time. He said weather affects locks sometimes and this being over 15 years old, might have been the problem. Don’t care, he did a great job, was very honest, repeat, honest and took time to explain how locks work. Excellent service.

+ -1 moreWe were locked out of our house and called for service after 6pm. Locks R Us got to us in 25 minutes and had our deadbolt open within 5. He did not have to drill or replace the deadbolt, but did tell us that may be required. We ware very happy he was so quick and able to save us having to replace the lock.
