Our 2,500 square foot CWE condo was in major need of fresh paint on the baseboards, several doorways and built-ins and about 15 doors needed fresh paint. These were all worn and dull looking and needed help! Lori came over to look over the work we needed done and provided us with a written estimate. She scheduled the work promptly and worked steadily over several days to get the job done. Lori worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up as she worked. We have 3 cats and Lori was (in addition to being nice to them) careful to work around them and let us know when they needed to be isolated (Blizzard, Twister and Diesel needed to be "out of the way" on several occasions just briefly while paint in various areas dried to the touch - so they wouldn't brush up against wet paint). She used paint without fumes which was appreciated by humans and the cats. We are very pleased with the final results. The baseboard, doorways, built-ins and doors are now fresh and bright. What a difference it makes in the way the condo looks. We are very pleased with her work, found her very personable, and thought the price we paid was reasonable for such a large job. In fact, we have hired Lori to do some faux painting in our foyer and on our front door.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a master bedroom makeover but did not have time to do all of the work myself. I found Lori's portfolio online and was very impressed with her work. I contacted her and immediately we began to exchange inspiration images via e-mail. She came to my house within a few days to prepare an estimate. We talked about color combinations that would enhance the Moroccan theme I had selected for the room. Lori was very professional and was willing to work with my scheduling needs, which required working in my home during hours when my boyfriend would not be at home for an extended period of time, which was an important detail in pulling off a successful surprise project. Because I have asthma and am also committed to using environmentally-friendly products, it was important that only zero-VOC paints be used in my home. Lori was not familiar with low- or zero-VOC paint at the time but was eager to learn. After some research she and I selected a brand of paint that would meet her quality specifications and my eco-friendly requirement. Lori arrived on time both days of our two-day project. I was impressed by how much respect she showed for my home from the time she began to carry in her supplies to the moment she loaded up at the end of the second day. Her materials were always organized and out of my way... and out of line of site of my boyfriend when he happened to stop by the house unexpectedly! What impressed me most about Lori was the work itself. Absolute perfection. Her work was flawless. And because we used zero-VOC paint, there was no paint smell to irritate my asthma and no harmful chemicals to pollute the indoor air. I could not have been more pleased with the experience.
