Description of Work: We met with Brittnie to choose plants for landscaping. She was very professional and personable, and patient with all of our questions. She guided us to the proper plants for our needs, and we are delighted with the results. The rest of the staff were also very kind and we had lots of follow up questions due to the exceptional winter conditions. They were always willing to help either in person or by phone. I would definitely recommend them and will also definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThey have been very nice throughout the whole process. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and were very helpful when we were selecting what type of tree to install. Installation was quick and easy - no issues. Recently the tree has had problems and has started to die. I contacted the nursery and theying told me they would get someone out in the fall (2012) to look at it. Since I have called back several times and sent pictures. Each time they are nice and tell me they are waiting for trees to come in from the grower but nothing has happened. They have promised to replace the tree under warranty but have not. It has been approximately 6 months since I initiated contact and I feel like something should've been done by now. This is frustrating since they have been so nice and have not disputed that the tree should be replaced.
Description of Work: Selected a tree from the nursery and had it installed.
