The service technician as on-time, professional, courtesy with good communication. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him if he would check our water pressure while he was here and he did so without hesitating. Great experience.

Professional and the quality of the work was great. They were not very punctual both times they came out.

We were out of town when the leak occurred. We chose J&E plumbing because of their 24/7 service. They returned our evening call almost immediately and made our repair the next day. They arrived when expected and completed the repair in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly and kept us in the loop the entire time. We were very pleased with their service.

Called and made an appointment for the 2 hours of misc small plumbing needs. Also, indicated that, while they were there, I wanted to show them some additional work I needed done so that they could give me a price on that work, for a later date. They never showed up for the appointment, we left two messages to reschedule and we never received a call back. We can understand missing an appointment, but no excuse for not calling or not returning our call.

I purchased 2 hours of plumbing. Two plumbers came to my house. They were early but called to make sure that was acceptable. They snaked my bathroom sink, bathtub, changed some part on the toilet, fixed the garbage disposal and hooked up my water line to my ice-maker in the refrigerator. They were there about an hour. I still had another paid hour but nothing else was needed. I am very pleased with their performance!

The plumber was very professional. He cleaned up well and finished in a timely manner.

J & E had to reschedulte due to an emergency situation at their end. The receptionist was very apologetic and seemed relieved that I wasn't upset. She offered me an appt the next day, ANY TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT TO ME. The gentleman who arrived to do the repair was polite, considerate, pleasant and knowledgable. I had him working beyond the 2 hrs I had purchased so I did pay extra for the services. Wish I had called J&E sooner. They were great.

I would recommend them. The person they sent was very nice and very clean. He knew what he was doing and was very quick. He was running late on Friday but he called three times. The first two times, he got my voicemail because I wasn't here but he kept calling til he could actually talk to me and make sure that I knew he was going to be later than what he expected.

Showed up on time..Fixed Kitchen Faucet quickly. Left no mess.

They came one day and said it was fixed. When I tried using it, it was still clogged. I had to call and explain that it was not fixed properly. At first, they didn't believe me and thought I had thrown something that clogged it again, but I finally explained to them that that wasn't the case and that the plumber didn't actually test if it was working when he left. They came back and it is now working fine.

I have mixed feelings regarding this service. It may partly be do to my lack of knowledge regarding plumbing or that the items I really wanted repaired didn't get repair or because I still need a plumber. The repair man was friendly and very neat. He arrived about 20 minutes late but I understood he was new to the area. I did receive a courtesy call confirming the appointment ahead of time. He seemed to know his job very well. I was unable to get the following items repaired because it required additional products/time that the plumber did not have: 1) kitchen sink faucet slow unnoticeable drip, 2) bathroom tub faucet slow unnoticeable drip. This is only mentioned because it relates to the results of the plumber increasing the water pressure which appeared to be needed based on the main toilets water flow. But I was not aware that the water pressure was increased until after he had left. With the increased water pressure I'm unable to take a shower in any of my three bathrooms because I get my hair wash, my floor and walls when the showers are turned on also the dripping from both faucest are now very rapid and consistent vs. a slow and unnoticeable drip. J&E plumbing manager was very nice and immediately sent someone out to look at the water pressure. However, their availability conflicted with my work schedule therefore I was not at home when they arrived. The water pressure was taken by the plumber per my son and my son was informed that it was normal. However, the plumber did not turn on the showers to see the waterfall. Nor did he flush the toliets to hear the sound of niagra falls. I only wanted my pressure to be reset to it's original setting. Therefore I am disappointed and I still need a plumber.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, they communicated well, and they did really, really good quality work. They're outstanding, very nice fellows, they did everything they were supposed to, they cleaned up and just did a great job.

Had this leak for couple years & had water turned off to my jacuzzi garden tub. Saw this special on Angie's List for 2 hrs for $109. A bit Surprised when they sent two plumbers for one hour but they did it fast and had a great system one talking to the other to tell him what supplies were needed from the truck. Great team effort. They even had time to clean a slow drain in another bathroom. Gary & Mike were very right on time, friendly and professional. Would use them again. I live in Jefferson County so this was a little drive for them too.

Very happy with the service. The gentlman arrived promptly at the assigned time and did a quality job. I was extremely pleased as I was in a hurry to get this repaired because I was on a tight time schedule and was so happy they could work me in so quickly.

Made appointment, callled in 30 min. prior and showed up on time with all tools and equipment necessary. Assessment made, explained plan, detailed cost and proceeded to fix not only 3 currently leaking but 8 fittings involved in what I dan only describe as the existin 'Rube Golberg' set up. It went as expected. No glitches, no fanfare.

He called about 2 hours before the appointment to see if he could come then. I wasnt home so he came near the original time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He came wearing booties and was polite. I provided everything needed to do the job (faucets, shut off valves, etc). He suggested using compression valves off the truck at $10 each but I told him I thought the valves I bought were higher quality (need to be soldered, the same ones our remodeler used in the other bathroom). He went to work. He went out to his truck at some point. When the two hours (I got an Angie's big deal, 2 hours for $99) was almost up he mentioned that he installed compression valves off the truck. He couldn't get our old pipes to hold the solder or something. Since he ruined the valves I provided, he kept those but didn't charge me for the compression valves he provided. He left a mess. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that he was trying not to go over the two hours. Communication could have been better concerning the trouble he was obviously having with the valves, but in the end I got 2 shut offs and 2 faucets in 2 hours for only $99.

The plumber came on time and replaced the faucet. Due to the age of the bathroom, the pipes were corroded and leaked. He cleaned up the leak and showed me the problem. I could see the sink needed to be replace. I asked him for an estimate on how long it would take to replace the basin and even replace the toilet. He gave me the estimate and also advised me I still had 30 minutes left on the coupon. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and honest.
