Description of Work: Installed new heat pump and furnace. Sales rep spent alot of time explaining choices. Very prompt response to follow-up call for a loud vibration sound after installation of new heating and cooling equiptment. FIXED QUICKLY!

 + -1 moreTHERE WERE A SERIES OF NEGATIVE EVENTS BUT THE LAST TIME I HAD THEM AT ONE OF MY RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR AN AC ISSUE, THEY STATED I NEEDED A NEW THERMOSTAT FOR $175, AND THAT MY EXISTING THERMOSTAT WAS DIRTY AND THEY CLENAED IT TO GET THE AC GOING. WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE THEM EXPLAIN / SHOW TO ME HOW TO CLEAN IT, I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF IT UNABLE TO OPEN IT, THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE OPENED BY ME. THAT WAS THE END. THE AC HAS WORKED FINE THERE AND I USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR ALL REPAIRS AND THE SEMI ANUAL CLEAN AND CHECKS. THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER.
Description of Work: I STOPPED USING THIS COMPANY ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO AFTER A SERIES OF WHAT SEEMED TO BE DISHONEST REPAIRMEN OR BAD REPAIR JOBS. I THINK THE COMPANY KEPT BUYING SMALLER COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS I USED THEN (from early 1090s) AND THEIR SERVICE KEPT GETTING WORSE AND WORSE.

 + -1 moreI like that rather than making me to stay at my home and wait for them, they are willing to call me when they are about a half an hour away so that I can be at home when they come out to do the work. They are always very prompt for the service and they never make me wait very long. The price is very reasonable. I always receive good quality work from them.
