Glen and his crew were helpful, timely and courteous. They mixed several colors for us in order to come up with the right shade. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the flat surfaces when they were finished. It turned out really well.

Everything went really well. The floors look fantastic and we get compliments often. We were warned about the stain on the baseboards, but it was more than we expected. We already had a painter coming, so we just added it to their list. Glen was very professional and great to work with.

Good experience. Glenn was very prompt to return initial phone calls and set up appointments. He was very helpful in informing us on job finished floors versus pre-finished hardwood. He was willing to install either one. His employees were very respectful and did a good job of cleaning up every day to minimize our inconvenience. They worked so that we did not need to leave our house any more than necessary. They returned to correct any problems we had after the installation.

Wood floors damaged by lengthy water exposure were completely restored with no evidence of damage remaining. Workmen matched stain to existing flooring perfectly. Job required workmen to arrive each morning for three days to apply another layer of finish; they were prompt and fast. This company really worked with us to ensure satisfaction.

Excellent price, quick bid and prompt scheduling of the work. The work took longer than expected. After the first day, there were a number of areas where they had applied the finish over dirt or paint chips or neglected to fix nail holes or damaged boards. On the hard-to-reach parts of the stairs, the sanding was uneven and incomplete and had to be redone. After these were pointed out, they were cooperative and prompt at fixing them. The person who did the bid was not on the crew that did the work, and was not supervising closely. After the first day, we checked back every day and found some other problems that were corrected promptly. The end result was very nice. I would recommend this company, if you have the time to follow up and make sure everything is done right.
