Troy Galloway went above and beyond. He gave me detailed information on findings during and after my home buyer inspection in late 2020. He walked through the entire property with me, a gut rehab 120-year-old home. This is my first house and he gave me lots of pointers on what to watch for and how to operate the home in general, beyond the inspection. I had many questions and he answered them all. The report he provided helped me to negotiate some additional fixes from the seller, things I didn't even know existed or how to ask for. I wanted an expert in old St. Louis houses, with lots of experience. After watching his extensive collection of youtube videos, I was convinced. Troy was very easy to coordinate with, he was on time, knew exactly what to do, and was easy to reach on the phone. He offered multiple levels of service and was very honest with me and guided me on which ones I did and did not need. I got a termite, radon, and sewer lateral inspection as well, and he coordinated everything. The written report was extensive, with pictures and comments. After living in the house for a while, I have had no surprises. Success! I would 100% hire Troy Galloway / Galloway Building Services again.

Troy quoted a fair price and did a real good job. He over delivered. I am very happy with the results. It looks great and I will use Galloway Homes in the future.

Troy was a very thorough home inspector. He has an added bonus of a structural engineer background. He was also very down to earth and not out to scare the living daylights out of us. He pointed out all problems, potential problems, etc. but also provided practical solutions & ways to address each issue. Their service was VERY prompt. I called Tuesday afternoon to schedule the inspections and we had them done Wed morning!
