Paul called me very quickly and set an appt to review my issue. He took photos of the problem, explained the fix, got to the work quickly, and executed as promised. They even found another issue with window caulking and fixed that the same day as well. We've had one hard rain and so far so good! No more leaking roof.

They were fast and cleaned up like no one was ever there. Pictures were text to me showing the progression of work. Would recommend to everyone.

The work was finished on time and the workers answered all my questions. My roof look beautiful, I have received several comments. Also a homeowner have asked for a referral of the company.

she never like the service the money

I gave him my money ( $7500.00 ) to do the work and nothing has been done and he wont return my phone calls

He really did a great job and the house was totally like new. As it is long term maintainance project and said warranty cover 15 years labor and materials, we have a good deal.

I had a problem with my chimney, I went on Homeadvisor and Paul called me from Family First Exteriors. I explained to him what the problem was, he came out and quoted a price and on Sunday at 6:00 am his crew showed up on time began working and, did the repairs and was finished in the time that they had stated. Because of the job they did I would recommend this company.
