I called Ed from Ed's Lock and Key. He called me back very quickly. We made an appointment for this evening. Ed arrived with several bags full of tools and parts. He quickly identified the problem, searched among the parts that he had brought in with him and fixed the existing lock. Ed is a humble young man with a young family. He's an excellent locksmith, a really nice guy with a wonderful attitude. He is professional and charged me much less than I expected to pay. I recommend him without reservation.
