Dazey House Cleaning

The cleaning was not what I was hoping for. Had to clean right behind them. Kitchen was pretty much untouched, and I specifically asked for the inside of the cabinets to be cleaned. The sliding glass doors weren't even touched and still had dog drool all over them. All door jambs were left untouched so I had to dust and wipe down all doors. They did a decent job on cleaning the bathrooms but still had to clean all the baseboards. Also cleaned inside the refrigerator which was in pretty bad shape but the freezer was left untouched. I will not be using them again.

It went great. They were on time and did a very thorough job. They used all natural ingredients. They are very friendly, honest and do a fantastic job

To clarify, we had expressed displeasure with the deep clean for an additional charge at the outset because of the many promises outlined in the deep clean went unaddressed. (Too many to list). On our next to last cleaning the master bathtub was untouched, floors sticky, and we've consistently had an issue with streaky glass throughout the house that seemed as if it were done with a greasy rag. We were promised a thorough follow up deep clean, and visit from a supervisor to ensure a proper job had been done. Neither of those things occurred, and upon the cleaning individual leaving, we received the below email from the owner. Apparently high standards are not their priority, and I'm sure for the same money from us (the client) they can take on a household with lower standards. If you proceed with this company, highlight the promises vs the delivery of service, and hold them accountable. Mediocre results and service don't cut it for us. Perhaps this is just how they chose to treat us as clients and not reflective of their overall business. I've dealt with business and vendors that flip your high expectations back to you as being labeled "high maintenance". Yes. We have high expectations of ourselves, and people we pay money to do a job, but we always maintain reasonable expectations, while expecting improvement from feedback. In our personal and professional lives, we've utilized many cleaning vendors, and this is the least favorable experience we've had. Per the message below, they can't take on any new clients at this time, so I'd suggest shopping for other services. From the owner: "Hi Felesia, I know your cleaning went well today. I have some bad news, I lost two of my girls this week and I will not be able to service your home. We are hiring now and once we find the right candidate they go through extensive training up to a month. I dont feel it fair to you for us to send in a new tech that is not skilled. I hope you find someone else and are happy with them. I can call you in a month or so if we have hired and are capable of servicing you properly. You are valued, and I appreciate you. Going very well however they tend to change who is coming to clean.

They treat me good as a customer and since I they started, I have had no complaints, not even one.

I have been using them for 4 years now and I have had no complaints since they started.

We are really satisfied and happy with it.

Dazey does a good job cleaning my house. I love that they use “green” products so that we can avoid the use of toxic chemicals and products.

Linda and her team do a wonderful job every time they clean my home. They arrive on time, do great work and respect my time and my home. They are also pet friendly and always contact me should there ever be a delay.

Dazey Cleaning is great! Linda the owner is so nice and always checks to make sure we our happy after each cleaning. Great communication and we really like our cleaning person as well. He is very easy to work with and has cleaned around our recent construction and our pets and our kids without skipping a beat!

This is one of the most infuriating experiences we have ever had with a vendor. We agreed on a day, time, and rate for house cleaning services after meeting with a staff member AT OUR HOME. The owner then informed us, less than 24 hours before the job, that her employees were "not willing to go into the city and clean." She was apologetic, but this is still ridiculous. Infuriating and ridiculous. The company's web site LITERALLY READS "ST. LOUIS GREEN CLEANING." Unprofessional and inexcusable.

We have been very happy with Linda and the cleaning she has provided so far. She and her team are very responsive and always check to make sure we were satisfied. She also texts right before they arrive for cleaning and texts again to let us know when they have finished. Our team member "Nick" always does a thorough job cleaning and, on the rare occasion something is missed in his cleaning, takes care of it immediately. Very good and very nice!

Dazey house cleaning does an amazing job every time they come to my home to clean. The employees are extremely thorough and very professional. The pride Linda and her employees have in the service they provide is second to none and is obvious in the way they work as well as the way they speak to their clients. I was on the fence about hiring a cleaning company. While I need the help, I was hesitant to allow someone into my home until this company. I was a bit worried about the price at first, but after having Linda clean my house for both a deep, and a routine clean, I can tell the price is well worth it! I would recommend Linda to any of your friends to insure you keep your house a clean, and healthy environment!
