DALO AUTO GLASS TINTING

Description of Work: I purchased a Mercedes CLK convertible, my dream car! I was excited to get the windows tinted and new wheels and tires for it.I drove by Dalo one day and walked in to see if they could help.

Description of Work: Scheduled appointment based on convenience to our home. Work was completed, satisfactorily, however when we went to leave we were overwhelmed from the cigarette smell inside the vehicle. I went back in to talk to the "kid" behind the counter and was given no explanation merely the owner would call me. The next day I received a call from the owner, no apology, rather an aggressive denial of anyone smoking while inside the vehicle. A simple apology would have been acceptable, instead he proceeded to get belligerent with me telling me he's has clients "buying $10K custom wheels and does not need my money or business".

Description of Work: We had heard that Dalo does good work so we called them. They told us they could do the windows on a Sat. and that we had to have an appointment for auto window tinting. This appointment was for 9 am on a Sat and we had to wait two weeks to get this appointment. We had to give them a credit card to hold this appointment and we would be charged $25 if we didnt show - we were told the process taked 1.5 to 2 hours. We arrived on our scheduled date promptly at 855 am We are we going to wait there for the two hours when the guy informed us that they wouldnt be getting started on out car until around 1130 am. - also the 9 am appointment was just the time they wanted everyone to drop their cars off. What? Not wanting to sit 2.5 to 3 hours until they even started work, we just left. I hope they dont try to charge my credit card.
