Description of Work: Tim arrived at about 1:30 PM, a bit of a let down we expected him earlier in the day based on our booking conversation. However, he did a very professional job and the place looks great. | |I had puchased the $99 special failing to read the fine print that it was for a single story dwelling, clearly my error. Goes to show that one must read the fine printed carefully on all specials. I was a bit disappointed in that for my two story home he merely doubled the price, even though 80% of the front is fully bricked - no negotiation. Further, he offered no addtional discount even though he requested to place an advertising placard in my front yard for a week after the service...another disappontment. | |To be very clear, overall his service was very good. Tim was very pleasant to work with and very professional. I would probably use his services again, but I will survey others first and compare prices a bit more carefully (e.g. as always...buyers beware...even on Angies List).

Description of Work: They power washed a 16 X 80 foot 1996 mobile home and got all the mildew and mold off. There were some stains that we thought should have been able to be removed, so we asked that they come out and try again, which they did, but still could not remove the remaining stains. They explained that those stains were not removable by power washing. We agreed and were satisfied with the service. We were pleased that they came out again to try to removed the stains.
