We have had our home power washed over the years with reasonable results. This was our first experience with County House Washing. My wife's comment upon completion says it all "My goodness our home looks brand new !!". Scheduling went smoothly and the results were outstanding . The costs were very reasonable . We simply have to give County House Washing a "100" on their report card !

.I have not had my house washed for about 5 years. I did a fairly comprehensive review of all of the company's providing these types of services on Angie's List. I decided to give Tim a call at County House Washing and fortunately he was in my neighborhood and close by, so he came to my house the same day I called. We had a somewhat detailed conversation about washing the house as well as the other services they offer, like washing driveways and cleaning and re-sealing decks. We agreed to a price for those services and the house and driveway were done within about a week. We had to wait for some non rainy days to seal the deck after it was power washed. Tim and his crew did a superb job on all the work. The price, I think, was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of work. They were friendly, respectful of my time and schedule, performed the work in a very timely fashion, were competitively priced, and obviously experts at this type of work.

This company was great! They showed up on time, did a wonderful job of power washing our 2 story home, honored the coupon on Angie's List and the house looks good as new. I would recommend County House Washing & Painting to anybody.

I was getting ready to list my house for sale and decided to have it power - washed first. I own a power washer but was never able to get the deck clean. This really did the job and made my deck look like new.

The work was done very well and the final cost was reasonable. Tim was flexible with scheduling and ensuring the work was done prior to my pool opening. They also accept paypal and will communicate via email, which are positives in my book, as most companies in St. Louis only take checks (which no one under 50 uses in 2015) and insist on communication via phone (which I have no time for).

They were fantastic! They were very thorough and I could not imagine another company doing a better job! The owner and staff were just so nice!

I am extremely pleased with this service. The owner himself power washed by home. He moved things that needed moving before the job, even gently moving a hanging plant with a nesting dove. He was very thorough and the siding looks like new. I will gladly suggest his service to any of my friends or neighbors.

The service was done when we were not at home but the siding was definitely cleaner. Next time I would want to be at home to see what is done. One window was left very streaked. Again, the siding was definitely cleaner, especially in the areas we could not reach. Did have some problems 'connecting' with the company.

Tim did a great job. Some areas needed extra attention but he got everything clean. This was a big job and took all day to get it done. I'm pleased with the results.

County House Power Washing did an exceptional job for us. Our home and patios were in need of cleaning and County House Power Washing made everything look fresh again on our 25 year old home. The back patio literally looked brand new. We were very impressed with the work and the professionalism of Tim. We would highly recommend County House Power Washing.

So glad my "regular" service was too busy. This company was comparably priced. I caught them at a busy time, but the owner, Tim, provided the service in the timeframe we discussed, keeping in touch along the way. He was polite and friendly. My house looks great. They did a particularly good job on the back porch which was covered in pollen, mildew and miscellaneous outdoor dirt. The porch is super clean with no damage to the paint. I would definitely use them again.

My house was a mess. It hadn't been power washed in a while and I hated seeing the green growing on the siding every time I pulled into the drive. When I saw the deal on Angie's list, I didn't think twice, other to enquire about how much extra for the walkout. Tim and I played phone tag trying to get the appointment set up, between the rain, me wanting to make sure the dogs were put away and their yard at the front of the house clean before his visit, my doctor's appointments and family issues, but we finally got there. He arrived on time and I explained to him that I had an add on of the front porch, which I hadn't given any consideration to before. The original price had been $100, but Tim had said that it would be another $25 for the walkout when I asked before I bought the deal, and he added another $25 for the porch. It was very reasonable, and he went to work. I was so thrilled when I walked outside to see my house. It looked so pretty, nice and clean - like I remember it looking when we moved in. My front porch, where my furry pack likes to hang out, looked 1000x better - he even cleaned the little concrete poodle I had bought and painted to remind me of my friend who had gone on to rainbow bridge. The house is pleasant to look at once more, and I doubt I will wait nearly as long next time hoping my husband will find the time to take care of it. When that time comes, I will definitely use County House Washing again.

Originally set up $99 house power wash deal through Angie's list. Tim, of County House Washing, called within 48 hours to set up times and dates . When service person arrived we talked and I upgraded to include concrete. I am pleased with the job that was done. The workman was polite and worked hard. The house and concrete look great. I would be glad to use County House Washing again.

He arrived on time, was very pleasant, gave me an estimate on the deck ($70) and proceeded to clean both the house, (for which I had paid $99 with the Angie's deal), and the deck. Did a great job. Everything looks great, and I would definitely hire again.

The scheduling was a little less then desirable, I actually had to call on Monday and see when they would be out and was told I was on the schedule for Thursday, they never really asked if it would be in my schedule. Overall the guy that came out, did a great job, got all the mildew and grim off the vinyl and the gutters, they were quick and the house looks great. Just need to work on some admin things, but overall, would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job power washing my siding. I have a 2-story house and in some of the areas that don't get a lot of sun, there was quite a lot of dirt and mildew built up. Now everything looks brand new. They even cleaned my patio doors which were splattered with mud from my dogs. Will definitely use them again in a few years when the siding needs cleaning again.

Great job. Came home to check it out and all areas of concern had been cleaned. He was very responsive, called in advance and we talked through any specific areas I wanted him to address and all was taken care of.
