CLEARVIEW WINDOWS and SIDING

They did outstanding work -- on time and on budget. They were very professional and paid careful attention to details. They told us that they would install new outdoor lights for us (instead of just replacing the old ones) so we bought new outdoor lights! Our home was originally brick and bat and board, so this was not an easy project. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend Clearview.

· Contacted Clearview Windows thru Angie?s List, to get an estimate on replacing all 22 windows in our house. · Was promptly contacted by Marc Kabak, the owner, the very next day. · Marc worked around our schedule and came out three days later to show us his product and measure our windows. · When discussing the windows, we told Marc what we wanted and there were some things we would have done that would have cost us more, but Marc chose to give us just what we needed and wanted, rather than sell us options and features we did not need. · We asked Marc if we could have a day or two to discuss this and he was more than happy to give us all the time we needed, unlike some other high pressure sales people who refuse to leave your house without a signed contract. · I emailed Marc a few questions over the next couple days and Marc very promptly replied, answering every question and concern I had. · We did decide to purchase our windows through Clearview, so I signed the contract he had emailed me and sent it back to him. He ordered the windows that very day. · The windows were delivered to him in the time frame he gave us and put us on his installation list. · Marc called less than two weeks later on a Friday asking if they could start installing the windows the following Tuesday. · Marc?s crew arrived promptly Tuesday morning and immediately started replacing windows. They were very professional and courteous. They covered everything around the work areas and they cleaned each area thoroughly before moving on to the next area. · They replaced all 22 windows in less than two days and cleaned up everything at the end of the first day and when they finished on the second day. · We were so impressed with the windows and how they increased the appeal of the house, that we have ordered a sliding patio door from Clearview to be installed when it arrives in a couple weeks.

From the first contact we had with Marc Kabak, the owner, we were impressed with his communication and information. During the planning of the job he always responded to calls or emails quickly. He went above and beyond in sourcing a new patio door for us that met our needs and specifications. He always kept us informed of the progress of the ordering process and worked with us to schedule a time for the job that worked with our hectic schedule. The crew showed up each day as scheduled and worked as much as they could. Unfortunately the timeframe of our job coincided with the only really hot weather we had all summer and some days were just too hot for them to continue. They were very conscientious of our home and family and did a great job of keeping the work areas cleared when they were through each day. Marc came out several times during the work and promptly the day after they were finished to be sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the outcome, our house looks brand new!

Perfectionists read on! I don't write many reviews simply because there have not been many that have deserved all positives on the job. Marc and his team at Clearview Windows & Sidings deserve the highest review not just because of the excellent customer service but for making the whole process easy. Before I approached Clearview I had already received bids from 5 other installers, so before meeting Marc I had already selected the windows I thought I needed. Thinking I already knew everything, all I needed was a bid! Upon meeting Marc I realized that windows I had selected were not ideal for the location of my home and instead educated me on a better selection for MY home. ( Helping me understand all the glass packages available and how that affected the windows price) Marc was very knowledgeable and if he did not have the answer (very rare) he would get it directly from the Manufacturer and within the hour I would have the answer. Most important of all was there was NO high pressure sales tactics like I encountered with the other bids I had received. As for the installation, I cannot even put into words the excellent team of installers. I felt that the team had excellent work ethics and really cared about what they were doing. and I felt comfort in knowing that the installers cared as much as I did......perfectionists! I could go on and on, but I think if you are a perfectionist and do your homework before big renovations to your home then for windows I would highly recommend Marc and his team at Clearview Siding & Co.

We had two other bids before we talked with Marc about his windows. Once we saw a sample of his windows,View Point 6000. There was no comparison. His windows were far above the others in quality and pricing. He was not a high pressure salesman, like the others we talked to. He gave us a quote and it was alot less then the other two. On the day of instillation he came by to make sure everything was going well. The crew he had at our house were very nice and courteous and they even liked our 3 dogs that were always with them. Marc also followed up with us after the instillation. I would highly recommend his company CLEARVIEW WINDOWS AND SIDING. We still have 4 more windows to do and a front door and we plan on having him do those next year.

Marc came out on May 24th for a quote. Said it would be another 5 - 6 week for installation. Very nice and professional when here. Mid June - sent an email update that still had us scheduled and would keep us posted. Really liked that he checked in proactively without us having to check in with him. End of June - he emailed and said he could get us in and it would take about 3 days. Dropped off the materials, got started the next day and was finished in 4 days (a lot of rain throughout the days so it took an extra half day). Marc called or emailed each day with progress and how things were progressing. He asked each day if we had any questions or concerns. When they finished up, they cleaned up fairly well and got all the materials out the next day. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Great value and good service. Really proactive.

I recommend Clearview highly. They replaced my siding, windows, and patio door. Out of four bids they were close to the lowest estimate. The owner, Marc, lowered the estimate to match the lowest bid. The teams of workers were friendly, professional, arrived on time, and clean up after the jobs. Marc stopped by a number of times to check on the progress of the work. This experience turn out to much more relaxing then I had imagined.

I used Clearview several years ago on a larger job and was completely happy with their work. A piece of soffit came loose a couple years after installation and he promptly repair it. Bobby, Justin and Kenny did the current job which had considerable height on two sides of the house. The work was done quickly and professionally and the crew was easy to deal with. Marc was out each day to monitor the work. He worked with me prior to installation on an exact color match. Price was competitive and Marc instills confidence that the work will be done right.

Clearview Windows & Siding was amazing! Their service was very professional. They were polite, personable and fast! I really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up as they went along, and you couldn't even tell they were there to replace ALL of the windows in the house! It was nice to see the president of the company follow thru with every step. The windows are super nice, too! I love it! I have already noticed a change in the performance of my air conditioner. I would recommend Clearview to anyone who wants their windows replaced!

Clearview Windows and Siding has performed again to perfection. Marc provided quick, clear estimates for all three projects. The locally-manufactured windows and porch posts arrived quickly and looked very professional. The installation crew was fully aware of their tasks and completed everything ahead of schedule. Their efficiency complemented their skilled performance. The subsequent in-home quiet and the shorter cycles on their furnace and air conditioning units attest to the quality of product and workmanship provided by Marc Kabak and his crews. I could not have done better. They stayed late at my daughter's home the first day because rain would have prevented any outside sheet metal work on the scheduled second day.

Went very well. Had one small issue with a very small piece of siding coming off after the fact. I contacted Mark from Clearview and he had someone over the next day to fix the problem.

Marc was very professional in the way he spoke on the phone and in person. He was very prompt to come out for the initial appointment and the getting the bid to me. This is the second time I have done business with Clearview. the first was to replace windows 8-10 years ago. the work done was prompt and they kept the areas very clean and checked for any debris around the area after it was completed. I would highly recommend Clearview to anyone interested in the services they offer and I would definitely use them for any upcoming jobs.

Clear View is AMAZING!!! they did wonderful work and the price was what we where looking for. They even found other stuff that we need to do, and showed us what they found. We are going to use them for all our siding and window work from here on out!!

Initially a mana was sent to discuss what I wanted. Very soon afterwards another man came to measure and discuss the details of installation. I ordered the windows and they were delivered and installed exactly as I was told. The job went seamlessly and I am in awe of how beautiful the house looks now. I couldn't be happier.

The level of service and the quality of the workmanship provided by the Clearview team was simply the best I have ever experienced with any home contractor. Beginning with the on-site review, assessment and estimate, Marc and his team provided top-notch service, honesty and integrity. He came out on time and assessed my home and the situation. He talked with me professionally and emailed me his recommendations with out any pressure. The work his crew performed in a very professional way and I was very happy. He even came back out personally to review the job. I was very happy with the work that Clearview performed and received a very fair price.

Called Clearview to request an estimate for the job. Marc, the owner of the company, responded promptly and very courteously. Set an appointment and was on time and friendly, willing and able to explain and answer any and all questions about the job. Said he'd email an estimate which he did right away. Then when we decided to proceed with the job he got it scheduled in a timely manner and the two-man crew showed up as promised. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Were also willing to answer questions about their process. After the job was completed Marc called to be sure we were satisfied.

My home was damaged in the spring by hail which I didn't find out until the remnants of the hurricane rolled through here in August and my roof leaked. After dealing with the insurance company and confirming the extent of the damage to my home I found ClearView on Angie's list and submitted a request for a bid for the work described above via their website. Within two hours I was contacted by Marc (the owner) and had an appointment the next day to walk my property with him to go over options and pricing. Within 24 hours of his walk through Marc provided me with a written quote for the work and materials for the job at my home. Since I was having my roof replaced (see my review of Bone Dry Roofing) it was necessary to schedule my work with Clearview after the roof was installed. Marc and his company were very accommodating with my scheduling needs. The windows were the first thing to go in. A single installer showed up at my home when promised. He was polite and professional and got right to work after getting on site. Within about 4 hours time he had removed the old windows, installed the new, completed the interior and exterior finish work and installed my new shutters (purchased via special order from Lowes). He cleaned up his work area and left my house and yard in the same shape that it was in when he arrived. The windows (purchased through Clearview) are exceptional quality and the installation is perfect. There are no air leaks and the windows operate freely. The soffit, facia and siding were all installed by a two man crew over the course of the next three days. The crew was professional and quietly arrived on site and got right to work. The installation is professional an defect free. They also cleaned up their work site and left my yard in the shape in which they found it. I met Marc the day after the final install was completed to do a final walk through and to resolve any issues (there were none) before making the final payment. Marc and Clearview were a joy to work with; very professional, accommodating, competitively priced and his crews perform exceptional quality work. I'll be using Clearview to replace the remaining windows in my home over the next 6 months to a year. If you have window, door, siding, guttering that you are looking to get done, I highly recommend calling Marc at Clearview.

I was concerned about savings on my heating bills but also the esthetics to match the style of my home. I accomplished both with my purchase of his windows. We agreed on price and i paid a deposit. His estimate on installation date was accurate and the style of the windows matched perfectly to what i had expected. Fantastic job overall.

.After receiving 3 estimates, I chose Clearview because it seemed to be the "best bang for the bucks". Three workers arrived promptly on the day scheduled and installation was done efficiently in a timely manner. I have plantation shutters on my windows,which could have been a problem, but they successfully worked around them. Marc the representative followed up to ensure the windows were to my satisfaction. All were very professional.

We made an appointment for an estimate and Marc came out on time and did a through walk around. He explained the various products he handles and the advantages of each. Because we were interested in both siding and windows we chose Clearview based on their good ratings here on Angie's list as well as the owners knowledge of his product lines and their application to our particular project. The project involved the tear off of cedar siding which added some time to the project. We decided to go with a Crane solid core siding. The window replacements had some unique requirements. Our existing windows had a brown/bronze exterior and wood interiors, which meant we needed a brown exterior and brown interior. Little did we know that finding a replacement vinyl window in a brown/brown configuration would be so difficult. Clearview did an amazing job of finding a window supplier that would meet our needs. Marc, the owner, sent his installer out to measure all the window openings as well as the door we were replacing to ensure the windows and door would be sized correctly. None of the other contractors we received estimates from did not go to this extent and since all the windows as well as the door were non standard sizes we were a little more confident when this was done. The windows arrived on schedule and were a perfect match. The installation went very smoothly. All during the project the installation crews showed up on schedule and there was excellent communication to address issues along the way. At the conclusion of the project, Marc came out several times and asked about any parts of the project that we had concerns about. We pointed out some minor things and he had them taken care of. The crews did a good job of picking up after themselves at the end of the job and we are very pleased with the look of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
