Overall we had a good experience.

If I have to spend money on my home, Clearview is one of my favorite companies to deal with. I hate high pressure sale types and Marc (Owner) is just the opposite. He is easy to deal with and will give you nothing but the truth. Sat down both times with my wife and myself and went over everything in details regarding the work to be done. Responded quickly to all my e-mail and phone questions. His installation teams, on both jobs, were on time and did a wonderful job as well maintained a clean job site. Could not be more pleased with the front door and siding work. Marc also followed up on both jobs by stopping by during and after the actual installation. I also referred Clearview to a friend. This is a very professional company in a field filled with all types of operations. You can rest assured you are getting the highest quality and professional service when you sign on with Marc and his staff. I highly recommend Clearview.

We got off to an interesting start. The guys showed up after completing another job and really didn't have enough time to get engaged with the job 100% before leaving for the day. The wife an I exchanged raised eyebrows but figured we'd reserve judgement. When they did return they returned en masse with a four man crew and completed the work in a short day and a half. We were expecting another week to complete. The guys always kept us informed and cleaned up every day. My wife was home alone, and the workers always were polite and pleasant to her. The amount of detail work was astounding - they really did a nice job. The owner, Marc, came and personally inspected the finished product. What can I say - use them. We had a great experience; they were on time, on budget, and the lowest of our estimates. Our early reservations proved so wrong. Marc, the owner, was a pro. My wife handled the entire deal, and she always felt as though she was treated with respect and honesty.

DID EXTENSIVE RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING. THE BEST QUOTE I RECEIVED WAS FROM CLEARVIEW. THE WORK WAS FAST, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONAL, AND OF HIGH QUALITY. WORKERS WERE PROMPT AND RESPECTFUL. OWNER CAME BY TO CHECK ON WORK AND MAINTAINED CONTACT THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. THEY EVEN SENT NOTES TO MY NEIGHBORS SAYING 'EXCUSE THE NOISE' [!] MARC HIMSELF DID THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH WITH US AND EVEN POINTED OUT THINGS THAT DIDN'T CATCH MY EYE. HAD HIS GUYS FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. THE CLEANUP WAS THOROUGH. NO TRASH LEFT BEHIND AT ALL. OVERALL, I HAD DREADED DOING THIS PROJECT, BUT THE PRICE, QUALITY AND SERVICE CLEARVIEW PROVIDED MADE THE EFFORT WORTHWHILE. (SIDEBAR: CLEARVIEW WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I FOUND THAT WAS WILLING TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS ON THE PURCHASING PROCESS IN GENERAL, NO SHARMY SALES PITCH, JUST THE FACTS).

THE WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP, ASKED ME TO TAKE A LOOK BEFORE THEY LEFT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TO MY LIKING. I ALSO HAD A PIECE OF FASCIA THAT THE ORIGINAL BUILDER HAD INSTALLED COME OFF IN A STORM. WHEN I CALLED CLEARVIEW TO SEE IF THEY WOULD COME TO REPAIR IT THEY DID SO WITHIN THAT WEEK FOR A DECENT PRICE.
