He was very through and did a really good job getting out a really tough stain for me. Still have some stains downstairs but all in all it was a good job.

It went fantastically. I have two cats who think any carpeted surface in the house is actually their littler box and take full advantage of it so, occasionally, I need to try to get it cleaned. It was pretty gross this time and Matt did a fantastic job cleaning it, focused on "soiled" areas, and always carefully makes sure things like curtains are out of the way so they don't get wet. I will happily hire Matt again and again in the future.

You can count on Matt to do a superb job. He is punctual, efficient, thorough and pleasant to talk to. He identified the problem areas in our basement (thanks to our cat Bubbles who likes to spray) with a black light and use special treatment to remove the odor and stains. We have hired him twice so far and each time he completed the job in a quality way.

They did a great job. It was a little bit delayed because there was a glitch with Angie's List but he called me back and he got here, and that's the most important thing. We were very pleased. We will use them again. He explained to me what happened then he came out as soon as he could which was right away.

Matt and helper arrived on time after calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. Matt used an UV light to look for pet stains! He found more than I knew I had! He cleaned carpets with an extra boost around the pet marks. No more spots or odor!! Will continue to use Matt in the future.

I've used Matt in the past on many occasions and he has always done an excellent job on my carpets. This time I had him clean my son's new house. Matt was working cleaning carpets and noticed water pressure was a little low so he investigated his equipment and found nothing wrong. He then came into the finished basement to look for waterline to outside faucet. That's when he discovered the faucet line was leaking into the basement! He quickly turned off the water supply to faucet, then brought his suction hoses in to remove water on floor. His quick actions avoided a disaster!

Matt was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He first inspected areas to be cleaned. Since it was a very hot day, he installed an apparatus on my door to minimize air loss......very thoughtful. He pre spotted dirty spots. In the master bedroom, there were some paint spots on the carpet. He removed the paint spots which previous carpet cleaners did not bother to try to remove. My carpets look great! I was very pleased with Matt and plan to use his service to clean carpets at my daughter's townhouse.

It was great!! I used Matt before and was so impressed I knew I'd only use him for my carpets. We sold our house and I wanted to clean the carpets for the new owner. Matt was so understanding about my time crunch and desire to do the right thing that he made it happen for me by doing his prior appointment earlier so he could come earlier and get my house done. He's exceptional at carpets. The stairs look amazing when he's done. I take care of my house, but there's just that extra sense of WOW when he does the carpets. After a dog was living in our downstairs, we needed our carpets cleaned badly to make sure the smell was removed. Matt came to our home, made sure all furniture was lifted off ground, and did a very thorough cleaning. Used a specific cleaner to assure that area was free of pet smells in cleaning and answered every question about the cleaning ingredients and if they were safe for pets and children. Very professional service, and will be using this company every year for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

On time, punctual and efficient service. They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out. Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. Employees wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home and friendly towards our dogs. Would not hesitate to hire again for carpet cleaning. Great value.

We purchased the Angie's List deal because we wanted to try to get some stains out of the carpet. They were there before we moved in and we just didn't know if there was something else we could do. Carpet Care showed up on time, did a very detailed job, and even gave us an honest answer about the stains. He was very upfront that they were in the pad and that we could clean and clean but they would come back. I really appreciate the honesty. My favorite thing is the fact that the carpets were barely damp when he left! I would highly recommend these guys for any carpet cleaning needs.
