Matt is amazing! He and his assistant work together to do a great job. They are efficient and work non-stop to get the job done. They do a great job and the carpets dry very quickly. I would recommend Matt and his company with or without this Angie's List Deal of $99 for 4 rooms to clean and deodorize. He will do a great job because he takes pride in his work and he owns the company. I don't know who is reading this review, and you don't know me, but I can tell you that I met Matt last Fall when he first cleaned my carpets and I will never call anyone else!

They were able to get to me a couple days after I called. They did an excellent job and were very careful.

Came out the next day when i needed help asap! Awesome people, I would definately recommend and would use this company again!!! I bought a carpet cleaning deal on Angies List for $99 which inluded 4 rooms and a deordorizer. They cleaned 4 large rooms, upstairs hallway, stairs and a small mudroom for only $25 extra!!

Matt returned my call immediately and set up an appointment within one week. He and his assistant were prompt, professional and unphased by stains on the carpet, offering a "can-do" attitude. They were in and out in about an hour, and the carpets are in great shape! All but one stain came out (a pink stain in my teenage daughter's room, and I had no idea what it was), and he had said upfront that this one may or may not be able to be removed. They tried several things but it wouldn't budge. I will absolutely use Carpet Care Experts again!

Matt was easy to work with, professional,and did a fantastic job. We really like the friendly and excellent job he did with cleaning the carpets. He even did a little extra area for no charge! I will use him again.

Matt and Ray were great. The called with a reminder of the appointment the day before and arrived punctually for the service. They are friendly, hard-working and clearly committed to doing a quality job and pleasing their customer. They moved furniture, placed protective plastic underneath furniture legs and when they were finished, my carpets looked great- and all this at a great price. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Did a great job. I was able to add the stairs to my order at the last minute (when they walked in the door). Two gentleman. Very fast and professional. Very friendly. Carpets dried quickly and house smelled great. Will definitely use them again!

It looks amazing! Very professional. He called ahead of time. Wore booties to protect the hardwood they were walking on as well. Very personable.

Carpet Care Experts did a nice job cleaning our carpets. They arrived on time and everything was done in a timely manner. We were able to schedule the appointment exactly when we wanted to and they responded quickly after we purchased the deal. The whole process was very convenient and I would definitely use them again.

They did a thorough job. The head guy seemed to know a lot about carpets and carpet cleaning. They asked me to inspect their work before they left. I pointed out an area I thought might need more cleaning, and they went over the area willingly.

This is my second time using them. They did a great job. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs so there were plenty of pet stains. While they were not able to get them all out. It was a huge improvement.

We had been communicating back and forth for a while but were not able to schedule an appointment. He was very nice and up front about the situation and I have nothing negative to say about him.

Fantastic service. They are very concerned about making the customer happy and did a thorough job. They don't leave until you say you are pleased. We've used them twice now.
