He called to set up the appt. Then called again that day to verify a time of day. Called again to tell me they were on their way. I have two cats and one had a urinary track infection that I wasn't sure I caught right away. I talked with him about it and he proceeded to pre-spot the area. His equipment got up to 220 degrees and he said if anything had gotten into the matt under the carpet, it would be difficult to remove and the smell would be there. Apparently, I was lucky. He didn't smell anything when cleaning the area. I paid extra for one more area and extra to have the Scotch Guard application, but it was very reasonable. I will use them again. I was very satisfied. One issue, but not with them. I accidentally paid for two specials and I am having problems getting Angie's List to credit back one of the charges.

They called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they would be on time. Matt and Ray were very professional and asked us if there were any stains. They were able to remove a couple soda stains as well as some paint stains. It has been 5 days since they completed the job and the stains are still gone. I would have never thought the paint stain were possible to remove. I will definitely contact them next year to clean our carpets again.

We have had Matt out twice to cakes out carpets. Best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. Professional and got all the stains up. We will be using them again

I've used them in the past. They do an okay job. If you have really dirty carpets, they don't do any spot cleaning or anything like that. They are just for, if you need a clean on a fairly new carpet, that doesn't have a lot of stains but they are not the ones straining if you've got a heavily stained carpet. I ended up hiring someone else to really clean the carpet.

This was a good experience. They contacted me ahead of time, as they were late leaving a previous job, to let me know they would be late. They arrived and went right to work. The carpet is old and stale, but when they were through it was fresh smelling. They did a great job.

This is as as smooth as it can go when dealing with a service provider. Scheduling was a breeze...arrived on time...extremely efficient...in and out and did a great job! He was able to get all of my stains out as well as other things that I was not even sure what they were. I would recommend this company to all my friends!

Not only were they responsive but managed to fit in the carpet cleaning before another set of work began. I was floored by how accommodating with scheduling they were. The work was amazing. upon leaving I wouldn't have known that not-so-great- tenants had not taking care of the carpet. The carpet looks good as new and their service saved me the cost of replacing two rooms and two staircases of carpet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use their service again.

He was honest about the difficulty in getting some deep-set pet stains out and did not try to get me to purchase extra services, even though I got a great price with an Angie's deal. great...we had dog stains and previous cleaner said it would smell bad if they tried to clean it. These guys disinfected and cleaned, and did a great job. Smelled and looked clean.

The guys did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and very committed to doing a great job. The rugs look like new and the love seat (which was extremely dirty) is no long an embarrassment. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to others.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a service provider. The level of communication, the obvious care and concern about doing a great job, and of course the finished product. Matt went above and beyond to do a fantastic job, going out of his way to do a weekend appointment as I was hosting an open house the following day. Was there early because we warned him our place could be hard to find. He called from our driveway and said they could come in as soon as it was convenient for us, displaying highest level of both courtesy and concern for pleasing a 1st time customer. They did a good job, were quick, very friendly and offered some tips.

This has been the best money we have ever spent on Angie's List. Part of the reason we ended up buying a subscription to Angie's List has to do with carpet cleaning. We ordered a special based on a newspaper ad, and ended up doing about half of the guy's work, paying him more than the agreed-upon price, not getting very good results, and he even stole a vacuum from us. No, I'm not kidding. So to be blunt, I was a little skeptical about carpet cleaning companies in general. But we are now just about a month from the birth of our second child, and both of us really wanted to at least try to have the carpets cleaned up before the baby arrives. We scheduled services with Matt N., who was both professional and courteous. I don't know who thinks beige carpet is a good idea. Nobody should ever have beige carpet. Our started looking dirty shortly after we moved into our home four years ago, just from general day to day shoe/foot dirt and (in particular) grease from our cooking in the kitchen. Our first child is now three and has also occasionally "decorated" with markers and crayons. And yes, I tried the Magic Eraser, carpet cleaner sprays, even vinegar, but had absolutely zero success in taking the purple out of our beige carpet. Carpet Care Experts was at our home for about an hour and a half, and performed a transformation for our carpets that I believe borders on miraculous. All of the dirt, grime, grease, and markers came out of our stupid beige carpet. In fact, I sincerely believe that the carpet now looks better than it did when we first bought our house. I would certainly hire this company again, and recommend them without hesitation. Their work was superior, and I am glad we had the opportunity to do business with them.
