Description of Work: They both were great and carpets looked very clean. All spots were gone! They took special care not to let cold winter air come through the door left partially open for the cleaning hose going to van parked outside.

Description of Work: Matt was extremely pleasant and responsive. They were punctual and efficient, as well. However, I had to leave and was not able to supervise the work. I found when I returned that they did not move the love seat, only the end tables and smaller pieces, so when we did move the love seat out it was a dark square patch of gross in an otherwise clean carpeted area. They were aware that we were from out of town and cleaning out the house to put it on the market, as well. That is why I gave the "C" rating.

Description of Work: Due to traffic backup, they were about 5 minutes late BUT called to let me know. They came in, respected the fact that I had two dogs (one very shy and one ready to play), and assured me the chemicals they used were pet-friendly. These fellas worked HARD, scrubbing to get spots and stains out of the carpet and stairs. They absolutely look like new! I will definitely use Matt again!
