I had Matt clean the carpet in the bedroom, family room, hallway, 2 stairways, & the basement. All went well. I'd had basement work done where the concrete was torn up & even though the workmen had put down tarps, the carpet still was full of clay & dirt & was smelly. I told Matt the truth about the carpet when I made the appt & he was fine with it. He called to reaffirm the appt closer to the scheduled date & was able to arrive a little earlier the day of cleaning, which worked out even better for me. They worked quickly and did a great job. I appreciated that they used deodorizer/freshener without charging extra like other companies I've had before. I felt comfortable with them in my house & the price was extremely good. I would be willing & expect to pay more for such good service.

Communication was very good. Worked with us to schedule an appointment that worked for both of us. Called the confirm the appointment and was prompt for the appointment. Very professional. Introduced themselves and wore shoe covers to ensure cleanliness. Did very thorough job and gave recommendations for aftercare. Did not rush through. Even placed a door cover to prevent A/C from escaping since door was opened to allow hoses into the house. Absolutely would recommend them!

My carpeting was in dire need of a cleaning. I haven't had them professional cleaned in a few years. With kids and pets, you can imagine how the dirt & grime builds up. I have a Rug Doctor cleaner and do a deep cleaning at least twice a year and spot cleaning as needed but still.. I had my carpets (5 rooms, steps and a landing) cleaned on Saturday by Carpet Care Experts. Matt was very professional and helpful and he went out of his way to make sure we were not inconvenienced. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his service. It took about 90 mins or so and the carpets look great and there's a piece of mind knowing they are clean and sanitary! Definitely money well spent.

I requested this service based on an Angie's List special offer, and it was well worth it. The overall experience was great. Matt was very thorough, and it was wonderful to have the service performed at home.

They did a great job with the service. He was very conscientious. Because it was overcast and he couldn’t tell if the windows had smears that sunlight might reveal he gave me his card to call and let him know if I noticed anything that needed to be corrected. I thought this gesture was above and beyond the call of duty and I really appreciated it.

Overall we are quite pleased with EVERYTHING!

He was so responsive and came out when ever we needed him to. He was able to remove all of the stains for us and did an excellent job. We know we can count on Matt if we need him.
