I contacted Matt Nothstine at Carpet Care Experts by email regarding having the carpeting in my house cleaned. Matt responded promptly to my emails and set up an appointment within a week of my contacting him. Matt contacted me on the scheduled day to ask whether it would be convenient for him to arrive a half-hour earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the newly-scheduled time, inspected the areas to be cleaned and promptly began working. Matt and his assistant took great care to protect the portions of my house over which his equipment was located and worked hard to clean all spots on my off-white carpet. The carpet cleaning took place on a rainy day when it was not possible to remove leaves that had fallen on our sidewalk the night before. When the cleaning was finished, Matt carefully cleaned up any leaf debris that had been brought into my house on the soles of of Matt's and his assistant's shoes. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely hire Carpet Care Experts to clean my carpeting again.

Arrived on time and a performed an overall precheck of areas to be cleaned. Explained process and pretreated bad areas. When done, cleaned-up the work area. Great cleaning experience.

Matt was very responsive---called me to schedule after I purchased a special deal. He and his assistant came to my home to do the work. They worked for several hours. The car looked almost like new when they were finished and they didn't use a bunch of chemical products--just soap and water. Matt was a joy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a really clean car.

I bought Carpet Care's whole-house Big Deal for $150 and paid another $25 for anti-stain treatment (money well spent when you have pets). Although I was late in calling to make an appointment, and then had to change it once I'd made the first date, Matt was friendly throughout. Matt and his assistant arrived on time. They blew the driveway (and the garage - a wonderful surprise!) free of leaves, so that none would be tracked into the house, and put a special insert into the front door opening to keep leaves from coming in and heat from going out. I'm recovering from back surgery, and they were gracious about moving the things I couldn't move in advance. They did their work efficiently, and straightened a large area rug which had gone crooked on its pad without being asked. They were careful throughout, especially in my teenage daughter's idiosyncratically arranged bedroom, and got out all the spots and dirt. They did a great job.

He did a great job. Much better than I expected, even getting out the dog hair stuck in the seats and floor.

Matt was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He did an excellent job on stubborn stains. He did a great job of respecting my heavy wood furniture. I am very satistisfied with his work. I will refer him to my friends and family.

They showed up on time and were done in about two hours. Their normal price is probably about $150. They were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. I couldn't tell they were even here.

Matt and crew did an outstanding job. I like to wait a couple of weeks before commenting on a carpet cleaning job to see if the stains resurface. Well, not from this job! We had the usual high traffic areas and pet "problem spots" from a dog we had recently inherited. NONE of those stained areas resurfaced! A first for me. I usually see other carpet companies just spray spot remover over trouble areas then steam. Not Matt. he had a guy not only spray but get down on all fours and SCRUB the area!!! Since Matt cleaned our dog has not had an accident! As if he can't smell where he marked! I would, w/much enthusiasm, recommend Carpet Care Experts and Auto Detail. It's very refreshing to hire someone to do a job and they actually do what's expected.

They arrived at my house on time and did a great job detailing my SUV. They were able to reach all of the nooks and crannies that are normally overlooked. The carpets needed extra attention so it was perfect that they show up in their carpet cleaning van with everything they need. Would definitely recommend them.

It went very well. Matt called the day before to verify the appointment and shoed up on time the next morning. Both cars were done very well.

Carpet Care Experts did a great job and were very responsive to our timing needs. The quality of the work was excellent. We would use them again - it was quick, precise and professionally done from our initial discussions to completion. We WILL use them again when carpet cleaning is needed.

The job they did was excellent in my opinion. They also worked with me to accommodate me by performing the work on a Saturday morning. They were able to remove a red wind stain and you cannot see it. I will definitely use them again and in fact, I will be hiring them to detail my car.

They came to the house and did it in our driveway; that was very convenient for us. They were very cordial, pleasant, and professional and they did a nice job. I don’t recall what the price was.

Day of the job, Matt showed up on time with his helper. They went right to work, putting down clothes to protect my hardwood floors from the hoses and got to work. The job was done quickly and Matt made a point to point out any problem areas and even went into other rooms so he could blend the cleaned areas with the carpet we were not cleaning. He did a great job for the price and would hire him again.

I called Matt to schedule an appointment and he was able to work me right in. Matt called the day before the scheduled appointment just to confirm date/time/address and arrived the following day at the time agreed upon. Matt & Ray went right to work and completed the work in a timely manner. My car looks like new again. They were courteous and friendly and did a great job. Now I'm thinking of calling them to schedule the whole house carpet cleaning to be done. I will definitely hire them again.

Prior to their arrival, I moved everything out of the rooms except the living room sofa and the beds and dressers in the bedrooms. Matt aqnd Ray moved the dining room table into the foyer for me. I wanted all the areas as clean as possible. Fortunately, my dogs are totally housebroken, and there were no issues there except for two instances of the teltale signs of throw-up that I could not get the pale residual stain out. No worries, they were gone in a snap. The lower level carpet and the staircase had traffic areas from the dogs coming in through the dog door during inclement weather, but as I mentioned earlier, the carpet cleaned up as bright as new. Matt and Ray were professional, polite, conscientious, and made sure my whole house carpeting was clean, sanitized, and looking like new. I highly recommend Carpet Care Experts. As I mentioned above, I am their customer for life!!

They were very efficient and did a great job. Called to see if they come by earlier than the appointment time which worked out very well for me. Since they came early I had not had a chance to pick up all my personal items in my car, they did so and bagged it up for me to go through after. This made putting my car back together a breeze. They cleaned every nook and cranny, it looked just like a brand new car after they were finished with it.
