Very good. I would use them again. I don't know how there service would work, when the weather turns cold.

My carpet is twelve years old and Matt did an excellent job and was able to get stains out that had been in the carpet forever. He was very polite, caring, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was well satisfied with their service.

They actually arrived early (called ahead to make sure was OK with us)! All service performed extremely well, was able to move some furniture, gave detailed instructions on drying times, when we could put things back on the floor, etc. Had booties for their shoes, a cover for the front door (to keep out the cold where they snaked in their hoses). All clean-up performed very well. We can really tell the difference in the house! Very impressed, would definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the results. Mark and his assistant were on-time, walked the house to be sure he had a clear understanding of what my needs were and were in and out within 1.5 hours. For $150, he cleaned my large family room, dining room, hallways, one bedroom (traffic areas) and stairs leading to lower level. They blew leaves from my front porch and sidewalk to avoid tracking in dirt which was a nice added value. And wore booties whenever in the house. In addition, I asked about adding carpet protector and also cleaning my recliner. For just $68 more, I was able to get that all completed. My carpets are in much better condition, look great and it smells clean in the house. I did have a difficult urine spot from my dogs that resurfaced the next day and Mark returned that day to retreat and clean and that did the trick! Extremely quick response and professional. I will definitely use Carpet Care Experts in the future and would recommend them to friends/family.

Workers called same day and asked to start earlier then scheduled since they had a cancellation. They arrived promptly at the new scheduled time. The carpets were professionally cleaned and they did not scrape up surrounding walls.

Excellent experience! Matt and his team did a great job of cleaning carpets that had been left in horrible condition by the tenants. Matt was also incredibly flexible in working with us in scheduling a time as we waited on a tenant to vacate the home. I will definitely use Carpet Care Experts again!

They were polite and professional, but they didn't get the carpet as clean as I would have liked. They also didn't want to stretch the carpet for fear that they would rip or damage it.

Matt was the technician that came out to clean my carpets. My apt time was 2 PM and he came on time. He pointed out some trouble spots and proceeded to clean my carpets. He was very professional and never once, did he try to upsell me on any additional services. Good guy and highly recommended.

called me prior to coming to my house, they were very punctual. started upstairs so my daughter could get ready for work downstairs. both men were very pleasant and answered all of my questions kindly. the stairs and some spots on them from before we moved in and they are now gone. will have them again and would recommendthem

The experience was fine. They were communicative and did exactly what they said. I was mostly pleased and don't have any particular complaints. I just felt they were a bit hurried and could have been a little more thorough. On the whole, my carpets were clean (although they weren't terribly dirty to start with). It was a satisfactory transaction.

I would highly recommend Matt if you're looking for someone with good customer service skills, professionalism, promptness, and great service overall.

Matt and Randy did an EXCELLENT job! They were on time and moved efficiently through my home, reviving my carpet! Both gentleman were polite, professional and thorough, (even spending extra time on those problem spots). I will definitely use their services again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family who are in need of carpet cleaning!

First of all the company was very punctual. Upon arrival they looked at the carpet and discussed what they were going to do. Very professional. Results were very good. Upon completion they requested I review the work performed to insure I was satisfied. Once the carpet dried (next day) there were still a couple of stains. I called the company and the response was immediate. They returned in a couple of days and re-cleaned the stains which are now gone.

Matt called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could show up early. When they arrived, Matt introduced himself and co-worker to us, he explained what they would do and how they would work around furniture that couldn't be moved. They worked hard. The carpets and furniture look great!

We rescheduled a couple times because of the triple digit temperatures since this work was done in my driveway. This company was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, courteous, accommodating, and very thorough. The work was done quickly, in about an hour, and the results were great. They left my car looking and smelling clean, not perfumed. This was my first time to have my car detailed, and I would love to have it done again. I definitely recommend them.

They did what they were contracted to do, but I would have appreciated more suggestions as to what needed to be done with the heavily stained areas. To clean them and hope the stains don't return is what I would expect of Stanley or some other mass media cleaners, not a professional.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment and showed up right when they were supposed to. Matt was very professional and easy to work with. Matt and his team were very efficient and professional and got right to work.

Bought a Deal on Angie's List for $150 for whole house carpet cleaning including stairs. They arrived at scheduled time, were very professional and did an excellent cleaning job.
