I called Matt, the owner of the business, on Monday the 4th and told him what I needed. After finding out the size of the rooms in our house he quoted me a price, which was lower than the price from a big company competitor's coupon. We set up a time for the next day. The next day he called us and ask us if he could come earlier because he finished his other job earlier than he thought. When he arrived, he ask me to take him through the rooms that they would clean, which I did, and then he got right to work. 45 minutes later, all the spots were gone, the carpet looked like new again and everything was put back back in it's place. The Carpet Care Experts are kind, and very caring and polite. I would highly recommend this company to do your carpets. We will have them again.

These guys quite a very good job considering the fact that I could not move furniture around before they arrived. I'll use them again for cleaning my carpet, but this time, will have my furniture moved before they arrive.

The owner, Matt, is very pleasant and professional. He worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning. The carpets in the bedrooms are very old. When Matt finished cleaning the carpets, the stains were removed and the carpets look terrific. I would highly recommend using The Carpet Care Experts.

Overall I was satisfied with the work. There were a few minor things I noticed before he left and he corrected. I noticed a couple more things after he left. He extended the coupon price to a second vehicle which was my 11 year old truck with the interior covered in dog hair and field dirt, etc. Overall I would give him an above average rating, though not an A as I reserve that for vendors who really WOW me. I do however think he a did a good job for a good price and was flexible to my schedule on a weekend. I would recommend others give him a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I ordered the Big Deal for both my cars and they came out twice, once for each. They were easy to work with, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

The owner was very professional and pleasant. He accommodated my unexpected schedule and the changes that occurred that day. I even had to leave him there to do the service and asked him to lock the doors when he left. He called me on my cell when he finished and confirmed that he locked the house upon his exit. He did a wonderful job.

Matt and his helper were very professional. They looked the rooms over before they decided what they needed to do and where they were going to start. They worked as a team throughout the whole house.

Carpet Care Experts found a weekday, early morning appointment for us so that the carpet could be dry by the time our children arrived home from school. They arrived on time, and carefully blew the leaves away from the front walk so that they wouldn't track in leaves when bringing in their equipment. They carefully place plastic squares under the feel of all of our furniture to avoide staining. They removed all carpet stains and left all of our carpeting looking brand new. We were very pleased with the services.

Purchased the whole house special from Angie's list website. Was looking for someone local, not a national vendor. Contacted Matt and found out he lives in the area and runs his own truck and has an established client base. He chatted with me while cleaning and I found out he worked for one of the big national vendors for a number of years; I really Matt's honesty and forthrightness. He does not push products and/or special coatings or scotch guard treatments, but will provide if of interest to the customer for a nominal amount. I had done a lot of furniture moving before Matt and his assistant arrived which allowed me an opportunity to better visualize the trouble spots. I actually drew a schematic of the house and tried to note where the significant stains were. It should be noted, my basement had not over been cleaned, ever, in 18 years. There were numerous stains on the berber, pet stains, spilled soda from my kids and adult beverages from parties that I had cleaned manually to the best of my abilities, but could not get out. After pointing out the "bad" areas to Matt, he had his assistant pre-treated the stains before he steamed them out. I must say, most everything came out. I only graded the B on quality (and would really give it a B+ but it wasn't an option) because I probably should have pointed out the "landing" area at the bottom of the basement steps. I wished I would have had him pre-treat it again and go over it a couple more times because it is the only area that didn't come out perfectly clean). The upstairs was carpeted about 5 yrs ago and this was its first time. Matt strives to make sure you are happy. He will have you walk the house to make sure everything is to your liking. You can't beat the price and the service and overall results were very good. I would highly recommend Matt of Carpet Care Experts.

We had not had our carpets professionally cleaned for several years, we had been doing it ourselves. The owner called the morning of the job to make sure we were still on and asked if they could come about a half hour early as they had finished the job they were on. I was agreeable and when they arrived he asked us questions about pets and problem spots. Before they started they used a leaf blower on the sidewalk and porch so they would not track anything in. They then put on booties and pre-treated the carpet and the furniture. They started on the stairs, which I thought were beyond help. I was mistaken as they turned out beautifully. They then tackled the bedrooms, one that had been a boys room and to me smelled like dirty socks. The carpet looked new and was odor free when finished. The other bedroom had light colored carpet which never looked that clean after we had done the carpet. Before they did the great room they cleaned the sofa and recliner. The sofa is light colored so I did not have great expectations. The difference was fantastic. They brought the colors back out and the light background looks almost new. The recliner has been rejuvenated. They did the great room and the resuts were more than satisfactory. He was upfront about the high traffic area in front of the sofa given the age of the carpet. It isn't "perfect", which I did not expect, but looks 100% better than it did. When they were finished they offered to move the sofa and recliner back. He also told us that if we were not satisfied about anything or we found something they missed to call him and he would come back and make it right for no charge. I really liked the fact that he did not try to pressure us to buy other services, in fact he didn't even offer them, he said he liked to let his customers ask so they didn't feel pressured. I would use them again and have recommended his services to friends and co-workers.

They were quick and professional. They did a epert job well worth the price a great value. I will be getting my wife's car done in The summer. I also had some tough stains and a melted crayon that they got up at no extra cost

After purchasing the offer, I called the company to make my appt. The owner was very friendly and professional. He and his assistant come to my house on-time and thoroughly cleaned all eight rooms and stairway. they took great care to not damge corners with their hoses, placing a corner guard on all the corners. they pretreated areas that had stains and the carpets have NEVER been cleaner. I have hired other carpet services and, by far, this company did the best job.
