They arrived promptly, even 15 min. early, we did a walk through and pointed out any carpet areas that needed pretreatment, and they cleaned the carpets. When finished, they gave a few points of advice on areas that might be slippery. Everything was done with care and completed to our satisfaction. I had no trouble whatsoever and would use this company again.

The carpet is approximately 14 years old and was definitely in need of cleaning. We are in the process of purchasing new flooring for the whole house but wanted to clean the carpet to buy time for selection as it may be another 3 or so months before purchase . Matt did a great job of cleaning this older carpet and made it look so much better. We were impressed with his professionalism and attitude. He called an hour prior to the appointment and then arrived on time. Very efficient job. Would definitely recommend his services.

I called to schedule the appointment. We agreed on a date. Matt and his assistant came out and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in my house!!

On short notice, Matt pleasantly postponed our scheduled date due to our construction not being finished. He called an hour or so before the earlier time-range to tell the exact time he'd arrive. When he got here, he introduced himself with a friendly handshake and smile. He was thorough in communicating with me so he knew what I wanted done. He told me the price of the scotch guard. He checked half way through the job and at the end to be sure I was happy with the results. He left his card and thanked me for the work. The carpets are 15 years old, but they dried nicely and look great. I'd use him again as he was much more reasonable than the local company I've been using. (I never use the national chains.) Thanks for running his special.

Matt was very responsive when I called and left a message to schedule the appointment. I needed it done quickly and he was able to come out the next day. Quality of the service was great. They did an excellent job and were quick. They walked me through the entire process and Matt did a final walk through of each room describing everything that was done. I would definitely use them again!

I contacted Carpet Care Experts to schedule the work and they were very responsive. They were accommodating to my schedule because I had a big party happening at my house. They arrived promptly and moved the necessary furniture. They also quoted and performed the scotchguard services on two chairs. They were very professional and quick. They also put plastic under the chair/sofa legs so there wouldn't be staining on their carpet. Great experience.

Matt went out of his way to accomodate our schedule. We were moving into a new house and decided to have the carpets cleaned before the furniture was moved in. We had a short time frame to get the work done and Matt made it work! He did an excellent job on the cleaning. We will use his services again soon to clean the carpets in our old home before we put it up for sale.

Went great. He did a thorough job and made sure we were pleased with the work. Prompt , efficient and professional. It dried faster than the steam cleaners we have used before. Minimal odor compared to other companies who leave strong detergent smell. Matt was also great about making sure the bottoms of the furniture were protected.

Called 30 minutes before arriving and was earlier than appointment. Made a quick walk through to look for problem areas and discussed treatments. Vacuumed thoroughly including difficult to reach areas and spot cleaned, cleaned, and raked as needed. Very prompt and efficient and results were excellent.

Matt was very professsional. He called soon after I purchased on Angie's list. He was on time- actually called to see if he could come early. They were able to remove all troubled spots. I would definitely recommend him.

Overall, the owner just made excuses as to why my car was not fully detailed. He partially blamed it on Angie's List by saying they did not state in the ad that there was a time limit for the overall serving. He said he did not have enough time to do more.

Very good experience. He was very willing to work with us, even though the weather delayed us by a few days. He even did an extra room to make up for the delay!

I got them from Angie's List. I had a good experience with him. He was prompt. He did what he said he was going to do at the price that he said he would do it for.

I'm happy with the Carpet Care Experts' service. Matt was very punctual - actually calling to see if it would be okay to show up earlier than scheduled. He was very professional - doing a walk through before starting to ensure we were in agreement on what needed to be cleaned; problem areas, etc and then doing a walk through after the cleaning to provide observations (this spot came out; this ink didn't; carpet is a little worn here, etc.). Based on the experience today, I'd certainly use Matt and Carpet Care Experts in the future.

Carpet Care Experts did a great job for me. They were very professional and they went above and beyond to deliver a good product to me.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon and called the same day to schedule, and was scheduled only a week out. The day of the cleaning, they arrived on time and reviewed the areas to be cleaned before getting to work pre-treating and cleaning the carpets. When they were done, I was given the opportunity to walk around to ensure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. They were able to get out a lot of tough stains. Having a dog and two young children, my carpets take a beating, so I fully intend to use Carpet Care Experts again!

I needed ALL carpets cleaned before Christmas. New son-in-law, who is very allergic to cats, coming for a week. Matt met the date I needed, and he and co-worker even did great job on our "wrap-around" steps. Before leaving, while packing up truck, they even brought in my trash cans from the curb. I WILL use them again.

Matt called to let me know they were on their way. Did a walk thru to view the areas for cleaning. Let me know what he was going to do for the pet stain. Very professional and provided information to me on the process he would be doing to clean the carpet. He took extra precaution of cleaning in places where the carpet's seams were separating. He towel wiped the over-spray on the vinyl floor (kitchen, BRs). He did not try to sell any add on services. On the next carpet cleaning............He will be called!

Matt and his helper busted their butts to make me happy and did an outstanding job! We bought a house that began to stink of dog accidents shortly after closing (still haven't figured out how they hid the smell) and we chose Matt based on his reviews on Angie's List. He did such a great job that we will most certainly call him next time we need the carpets cleaned.

I had completed moving and the remaining finishing work on my old home late in my schedule. I contacted Matt to see if he could fit in my house over the weekend regrettably on short notice. Matt fit me in on a Sunday morning in order to help me with a deadline I was facing. I needed to know if my carpets could be cleaned well enough to pass an inspection for renting my home and if Matt believed they could then to go ahead and clean them. My carpets had lived through two kids and three dogs for over 11 years. Matt was honest and upfront with me on what the outcome would likely be. He wanted to give it a shot just to be sure and he cleaned my master bedroom and some of the high traffic areas. He was able to make the bedroom look much better, but there was too much to overcome in the high traffic areas. What he said to me next gained my respect and my future business and referrals. "I can't in good conscience charge you for this." Honesty followed with integrity. What a rare but powerful combination. I wish that everyone had this business ethic. Although he wouldn't accept compensation for everything he had done by scheduling me on short notice, driving 10+ miles one way on a Sunday morning, and even cleaning the master bedroom and trying the high traffic areas, he will be receiving a check from me as a way of showing my gratitude and I will spread the word about his company to as many people I can. He will have all my future carpet cleaning business. Knowing my situation he even put me in contact with an associate of his that does flooring work to help me get things resolved quickly. Matt operates his business in a way that should be the role model for others.
